The staff is horrible, one of the nurses was sleeping/ messing with client. It seems like most of the employees need a drug test because it's obvious that something is going on. We have to stand outside until it's our turn at the window for medication even when it's raining outside. We have seen rats in our rooms and have told them but nothing has been done. We were micromanaged the whole time I was there, rc are horrible and very rude. Desi, alexia, Micheal and Ana are wonderful and deserve way more praising them they are getting. I know for sure some of there employees would come up dirty if a random/ secret drug test was done.

Reason he was kicked out was he told someone to just leave, well they are all adults there I doubt a 24 old is going to make anyone leave. This review I decided to leave I'm not one to leave review, but one thing is having to go through the pain and suffering to see a loved one going through something so difficult and yet making ends meet to be able to afford getting them in a rehab is a struggle for people to take advantage of the authority of the position given to them.
