I had no idea where to go, so my husband started looking up different places and we found 912. I walked in and it was soooo different from the ones in PCB (which are designed for tourists. LOL) and I felt so out of place--but they came to the desk as soon as I got there, and they answered all my questions regarding my re-piercing. JayJay was the piercer and she showed me how she could tell they hadn't pierced my navel right the first time--going too shallow. She showed me how she pierced and why and she redid my piercing. It now actually looks right and it hasn't given me a lick of issues--not even anything crusty. LOL. While it was night and day from my experience in PCB in atmosphere and style, the quality of the piercing was much better. I only wish she'd given me the option of what color i wanted for the ring. But it is far more important for me to have a GOOD piercing, which I think I do now. Don't let the facility's rougher atmosphere and style, make you think the quality of the work won't be good!

I had my tattoo placed on my upper arm and my arm was resting on a shelf like piece but underneath that was a metal bar that was digging into my ribs the entire time also the chair is not built for tall people my leg was hanging off the chair but not able to put on the ground. The chair was more uncomfortable than the tattoo. Took about 4 hours to tattoo my piece. Would recommend this facility for the quantity of artists and professionalism. Went back a few months ago to get another lobe and a daith...new piercer and Heather wasn't there…read moreanymore. Ok, no big deal. The piercer and I decided on where to put the lobe and the dot was perfect, she went way under the placement dot and I immediately noticed...she said she didn't want to pierce that high into my lobe(we were matching one that was done by their previous piercer on my other ear). Why do the piercing if you weren't going to put it where the customer wanted? While she did offer for me to come back once it was healed(got it taken out), I have not almost 3 months later due to the negligence of acknowledging she was in the wrong with how she decided to pierce it. The daith placement was perfect and exactly where I wanted, but the gauge size issue was a hassle. She told me it was an 18g, I bought an 18g to put a different hoop in and they were too big; had to spend more money and buy a 20g (which is what I originally thought it was and she told me differently). I wasn't going to leave a review since I got these 2 piercings done in December, but one of my friends went a few days ago to match a piercing to another existing one and ended up with the same issue as me woth uneven lobes, but on her nose. I assume not everyone ends up having this issue, but I certainly won't be going back there again, but darn do I was I knew where Heather went!!
