Stayed at this location for a week during a business trip…read more Conveniently located in the Plymouth meeting area next to a number of shops and eating options. Large store complex 2-3 minutes away: Target, Lowes, Best Buy, Five Below and other stores. Large parking lot...never had an issue finding a spot, even when coming back to the hotel later in the evening. Check-in and our processes were simple. All staff at front counter, breakfast staff and cleaning staff were all great...friendly and efficient. Room was well-kept. The full kitchen (full fridge, dual burner stove, full sink and microwave) came in very handy during the longer stay. The separate living area, with its L-shaped sofa-bed, ottoman and TV was great if bringing the family. The bedroom was neat with two queens beds, lots of surfaces and large TV. There is also a small desk and chair and also led into the bathroom sink and separate toilet/shower room. I do prefer to have all (sink/toilet/shower) behind one door...but not a big deal. TVs had lots of channels. Wifi was a bit hit or miss...seemed to be better on computers but when using iphones/ipads, it kept requiring to sign into the Hilton Honors network and many times giving errors after the room credentials were entered. Though the bandwidth was more than adequate once signed in. Lots of outlets, lights and USB outlets all around. Heating/cooling unit worked as expected. Gym was neat and well-maintained with all the necessary machines. Though on my first visit, there were cups and no water...and my second visit, there was water but no cups ?! I ended up going to the front desk where they gave me a bottle of water. Did not use the pool, but it looks clean. Ice machines on every floor as well as vending machines with $1.50 20oz soda bottles...which was great. Laundry machines on main floor near gym. Breakfast was adequate...a few hot items: eggs and sausage, a variety of breads, cereals, juices, yogurts and fruit. Good enough to sit down for a quick bite or to grab a few items before hitting the road. Little pantry area where you can buy snacks and convenience-store-type foods near the front desk. Overall a great experience...recommended for those staying in the area. Lots of perks for those looking for longer stays and waiting to feel more "at home".

This hotel price and review wise was the best option. It's easy to find being a short distance off Interstate 476 and across from the Metroplex Shopping Center, which has a nice variety of stores. The Hampton Inn has more than enough parking, but the on-site restaurant, a Ruby Tuesday is closed. When arriving, the main entrance is located on the side of the building facing this closed restaurant. Check in was very easy and fast. Next to check in is a small convenience area with drinks and other assorted items. My King room was surprisingly nice and large, with a pull-out sofa included. Room feels like it might have been renovated in the last few years, as there were electrical sockets everywhere that included USB. My room came with a refrigerator and microwave. The TV was large enough and they have Direct TV. Bathroom was nice with the included body wash and shampoo having a nice scent. Room did not have a closet, but had hangers located behind the drapes in a somewhat odd setup. Breakfast was included and had cheese omelets, sausage patties, potatoes, waffle maker, baked goods, juices, coffee, oatmeal, cereal, and a few other items. Everything was fresh and good. Why not a perfect review? Sadly, my room faced Interstate 476 and it lacked enough noise proofing. It was loud even at night reducing the quality of my stay. Overall, this hotel is nice for the price, but the noise from 476 is a variable that might make booking here unattractive.

The elevators are a short walk back the hallway, not right in the lobby. I had a handicapped accessible room, conveniently located right by the elevator & right across from the ice machine. There was a roll in shower & the beds were at a height to easily get in & out of. There were waffle irons to make your own waffles at breakfast, but the bananas were not fresh, brown spotted. There was only a desk chair in the room, not one to sit in & watch TV.

If you're looking for a venue that does the following after you paid $30,000 to get married here,…read morethis is the place for you! My cousins wedding deserved better service from this place. *Coordinator (I think her name was Kim) didn't show up until 30 minutes before the wedding when she was supposed to be there hours before and left 15 minutes after the ceremony. She was supposed to be by the brides side most of the day and she was nowhere to be found. We've gone to other weddings at this venue in the past and the coordinator was with the bride the whole day, this coordinator just didn't seem like she cared. *the 30 minutes before the wedding the coordinator decides to tell the bride (my cousin) that the flowers she paid extra for "didn't sprout" so instead of finding an alternative, the solution was she was gonna have no flowers at the chairs, yet they kept the money paid extra for those flowers! Maybe show up on time next time. *Staff was calling our room all morning asking us about setting stuff up, where do we want the cake (it was 10 am, wedding wasn't until 4 and the cake wasn't gonna be out until at least 6) everything that the coordinator should've been handling. *You'll be given a completely different bridal suite to get ready in than the one they show you during the tour, we had 15 people to get ready and the room they originally showed us was being occupied by someone else. So they gave us an office size room with 4 outlets and no windows. It wasn't gonna be possible so we just all got ready in the brides hotel suite. *The cake at the wedding will taste COMPLETELY DIFFERENT than the one you taste during the tasting. The cake at the wedding tasted like it was frozen for weeks and then thawed out and iced. *We were told the bride and groom would have their own little appetizer set up while they were getting pictures done as their happy hour, that never happened. *The most ridiculous one? When the wedding was finishing up, the staff all went home and told the bride she had to clean up the reception room! At her own wedding! Napkins, silverware, and she even had to take it upon herself to go back into the employee only kitchen to empty out her center pieces. There was so much left for her to do, she had to continue the clean up the next day! And while the bride was continuing cleaning the reception room the next day, the coordinator starts showing another couple a tour around the reception room....she made sure to show up early for that! My cousin couldn't keep quiet after that and voiced her disappointment in front of the couple to warn them. Completely Unacceptable! I really thought this was a joke but no! It's totally for real. This is what $30,000 gets you. Dishonesty and unprofessionalism. You'd be better off going elsewhere. Completely unacceptable way to treat a couple on their wedding day. This venue should be ashamed of themselves.

Not what I expected for a suite in this price range. Gave it a second star because the lobby was nice, with a full bar open late, a Starbucks with grab and go, the room was clean, etc. BUT if you cant sleep well, whats the point!?
