She is also very flexible, as my schedule has been somewhat erratic in the past year. Her rates are also really reasonable and totally worth it. I would HIGHLY recommend her. Update: As Theo and I are moving into the city, we can no longer have Kelly as a dog walker. This is very sad, as Kelly is a such a great walker and will be difficult for other walkers to match up to. If we could give her more than 5 stars, we would!

I moved to Oakland from San Francisco with my pup, Cali, last November. When we lived in the city, Cali went on long hikes every day and it super important to me that my baby gets her outings and gets a chance to get all that energy out. I found Kelly on Yelp. When she come over to meet us, I told her all about my pup. The good, the bad, and the ugly. My Cali is super sweet, she loves people (and cats) but she definitely has her bad side.. She barks at runners and bikers and sometimes other dogs =/ Kelly took her on anyway. After a couple of week, Kelly informed me that Cali was beginning to be a bit overwhelming for her and her super mellow group of dogs. Cali was barking too much and messing with the dynamics of her group. Hearing this was super stressful but I really appreciated he honesty. She was also SUPER helpful with pointing me in the right direction to finding the perfect match for my loud, hyper, barky dog. We finally found a perfect match! Kelly is truly amazing and true to her word. She helped me and Cali every step of the way. If it wasn't for Kelly, our move to Oakland would have been a disaster! Thank you Kelly!

She is so pure of heart and so authentic and honest and trustworthy. She also has soooo much talent when it comes to managing Big Big Doggos with hearts of Gold. She has so much patience----she even goes thru an intricate multiple step greeting/pick up process with each dog to slow them down and work on their over stimulation/joy at pick up etc. I am tickled to observe her flourish and grow with every passing year. I wanted somewhere she could feel cozy (not stuck in a kennel for most of the day!) and get plenty of loving attention and exercise. After a few lackluster interviews with sitters I found on our town's facebook group, I got a recommendation for the Natural dog. I was immediately drawn by their pictures of their pack on hikes in hills and appreciated the quick, thorough response I got to my inquiry. We scheduled a trial night to make sure our girl would be a good fit for an extended stay (we loved that they did this check) and I could tell right away from seeing Paul interact with her that she was going to be in good hands - he is definitely a bit of a dog whisperer. While we were away, we got daily photo updates of her living her best life, exploring the trails and snuggling on the couch. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing she was happy and well cared for. We've already booked two return visits :)

They are caring, flexible, timely, responsive and Waffles absolutely adores them. In addition to joining them on daily off leash hikes all across Oakland and Berkeley, we've left Waffles overnight with Action Dog about a dozen times. Bottom line is that we have the ultimate trust in this team and know that Waffles is always in good, loving hands with them. They really are his second set of parents and we can't say enough good things about the impact they've had on our lives.
