In just a few short months, I have experienced the highest levels of dysfunction, and the most incompetent of Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas employees, imaginable. Today, a simple question about coverage, was turned into a 45 minute conversation (hardly) with a brain-dead, grossly incompetent, employee of Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas.
The icing on the cake for me, was, after 45 minutes of pain, my request to speak to a supervisor was denied, on the basis that "our supervisors do not speak with members."
