They have strength & endurance classes at 5am M-Th and some classes at 6 & 7pm, kind of like Zumba but wayyy better. They incorporate weights with cardio and lots of squatting, the classes are my favorite thing about the gym, they push you to your limit & are so friendly. The crossfit area has everything needed for the classes. The classes are offered quite a few times a day and the gym provides childcare at a price.
