In the fall of 2025, we migrated to their Infinity platform, and it's made a big difference for our users. The migration was completed ahead of schedule. The Infinity platform has made my life easier from a support standpoint as I can do most changes myself. The interface is very intuitive and easy to use. Since SWTDA is a non-profit, 501(c)(3) organization, being able to make changes myself is very important. When I do need help with anything, Tim, Ryan and Lynn are always professional and very prompt in responding to my requests. They are an integral part of our team and we appreciate their help. For anyone interested, here is a link to our website that they developed: https://southernwitherapydogs.org/

Words can't describe how fantastic they are. They're the MOST knowledgeable in NetSuite & SuiteCommerce honestly. They've caught things that others "experts" didn't and always find a way to help save costs. I'd happily pay x10 their rate every time because they're worth it. Anchor Group's response time is so quick they've cut implementation time lengths down for myself on several occasions making the entire customization, optimization and implementation go by in a breeze. If you're reading this, you've got to work with them, swear you'll thank me later!

I had read Elaine Meszaros' great book, The Devil's Advocate's Guide to Planning Your Business…read moreWebsite (https://www.amazon.com/Devils-Advocates-Planni.../.../B0147B8WS4). It was helpful and informative and, like other examples of Elaine's writing, funny and entertaining. I had made and managed a website for my work as a musician and yoga teacher for many years, but it had a limited format and was time-consuming to update. So I asked Elaine to help me pull together an affordable new website that I could maintain, for the most part, on my own. She recommended WordPress, and she built the website with all of the features I asked for: the kind of menu that I liked, a homepage that moved the way that I wanted it to; soothing colors and a font that I liked; a place to schedule yoga sessions; a place for listening to cuts of songs and for buying downloads or CDs; and a blog. Elaine also helped me learn how to go in to work on the site, adding text, updates, and photos that I take. Learning to work with WordPress brought out all of my technophobic tics, and I needed a fair amount of help along the way. But Elaine stayed patient and clear with me, and we got it done... And I now have a website that I really like, and the basic skills to work with it, update it, and keep it going on my own. Elaine Meszaros is great. She is smart, funny, and knows how to work well with crotchety clients who have a hard time learning a new technology. I'm sure she would do well with mellower clients, too! I recommend her highly--as a very creative visual artist and graphic designer, as a web designer, and as an educator who can demystify tech processes and make them accessible for people like me who struggle with them. This wasn't some cookie-cutter approach; they built a custom digital marketing strategy that actually made sense for a small business like mine. They helped me better understand how tools like Facebook ads management, website design, and social media marketing could work together to drive growth. Every step of the process was clearly explained--why a certain solution was being implemented, how it would be rolled out, and what results I could realistically expect. That transparency gave me total confidence. If you're a business owner looking for a marketing agency near me that gets results without wasting your money, Flamingo Theory is it. Whether you're exploring instagram ads, refining your seo services, or just want to partner with a team that actually cares about your success, I'd recommend them in a heartbeat.

We asked a lot of questions in the initial consultation, and Brent provided detailed and honest answers to all of them. The logistics, pricing, and timing information that he provided before we started the migration was also on point. He designed the migration and overall solution based on our specific needs (rather than just a cookie cutter approach). There were a few issues / conflicts that arose after updating plug-ins and WordPress (this was solely due to our web site, and was not caused by anything that Krueger Web Design did wrong). Brent researched the problem and quickly found a solution. It's clear that he actually cares about his clients and takes pride in his work. Thank you!
