Terrible, terrible, terrible agency; especially the women who work at this branch in Milton Keynes. The women on the phone who are Polish cannot speak English properly at all, the woman who is actually English has got to be one of the most rudest, patronizing individual I have ever come across. I am not the only one to say this either; I could count up to twenty odd people I met during my short stretch of temporary work I did for them who said the exact same thing. If these women had a shred of common sense and intelligence in their brains then they would treat people with actual respect instead of a three year old on their first job. English people won't stand to be treated in the way they treat people. I've been very, very close to giving them a piece of my mind, but, because work is so scarce at the moment, even with a great degree and experience, I had to bit my lip and brunt having to be talked to like I have the IQ of an insectand the worst part is you can tell in the tone of their voice and manner that they know they can get away with it. I have been to University, half of my family are very wealthy and successful in their work, much, much more than these people could ever dream to be; but because I am miles away from them I had to resort to what ever work is available at the moment. BUT, these people treat you like you are a complete fool acting as the only path in life you will ever take is being regarded as a temporary 'Scab' for their company (research that term, and this agencyyou will get a shock.) 97 percent of the people on their books aren't English and don't know any better in terms of how employers treat their workers elsewhere, and they don't have the guts to complain like most of the English do. This equals the women at the office treating them like dog waste at the bottom of their shoe. It's companies like these that are to blame for dwindling wages in labour work. They cater for immigrants on the most part, which makes sense in a way because immigrants here will do anything for money and couldn't give a damn if they get treat like crap. I now have a new job, without an agency; I have been published in a highly prestigious literary magazine recently too (The Paris Review,) and I am currently conversing regularly with a well regarded agent to get a fiction novel published. So if those at that office ever read this, I'd just like to say that you should think long an hard abut the way you treat those desperate enough to use your services, because we aren't all immigrants who can't speak English with the only route of staying in England is if you endorse their 'workers cards' to continue feeding your profits, hence you keep them on and give them the slave wages for years (Met many people who didn't perform well at their job in the slightest, but because of their status in this country, they are walking piggie banks for you.) Avoid if you are British, have a shred of intelligence and have a drive in life. These people at Blue Arrow in Milton Keynes are just plain idiots who don't even do their job properlya job which a two year old could do. If you have yet to join them, well done for researching about them, and take my review as serious as you can. To immigrants who have no choice but to use agencies; GO ELSEWHERE! It is much, much better for you, or it is from what I have been told. How these people even have a job doing what they do is beyond utter belief; they don't do it properlyat all. Government and inland revenue; INVESTIGATE THEM TO THE BONE!
