While their initial service was good and we were hopeful we had finally found a good internet company, we have been shocked and frustrated at the complete lack of customer service when our WiFi went out at our business recently. We called and left three messages with the last one being very firm and direct and no call back. Almost impossible to talk to a real person and we have had no WiFi for 4 business days with no explanation or time frame for getting it back. In 2023 running a business with no WiFi is next to impossible and their poor service is reflecting on us in our customers eyes! Ridiculous! read more
