Rudy quoted us $550 to install a fence and a doggie door. Rudy came out on Sunday 4/21 with…read moreunderage kids to assist him. Rudy had the kids start on the fence while he worked on installing the doggie door. The fence was not finished and the work that was done lacked quality as the poles/posts were not straight or centered which will mess up the look and functionality of the fence when completed. Also, the doggie door was not complete and is still unable to be used as the screws broke and the installed screws were the wrong size and not secure. Rudy advised he would try to come back Thursday to finish the job. When I texted Rudy Thursday, he advised he couldn't make it and would return at 9 AM Saturday. On Saturday I texted him after he was supposed to be here to confirm he was still coming. Rudy responded and advised he forgot to text me and that he would be here on Sunday morning. Sunday came and went and he never showed up and did not respond to texts or calls. Now we have to pay someone else to come and try to finish the fence which is costing us more money. We do not recommend Rudy as he is not skilled or trust worthy.
