I recently completed my prelicensure coursework through the Carolina School of Real Estate…read more(instructor: Julie Campbell), and passed the NC licensure exam on the first attempt. CSRE's curriculum coupled with Julie's passion and knowledge of the material creates a learning environment that prepares students for success. The teaching style is generally Power Point-based, however, interactive activities, games, and discussions are also implemented to reach those with different learning styles. A cram course is also offered to prepare students for the class exam. Jane Bowser's cram course is exceptionally helpful, as she touches on problem topics and overall exam preparation strategies/tips. Lane Young, CSRE's director, sincerely wants students to succeed. This desire is illustrated in many ways, from the well-organized syllabus, to clear communication with students prior to the start of class, to the snacks and refreshments provided for students in the classroom to enjoy during class and breaks. The prelicensure course is not a passive experience - you must read the textbook, and you must attend class. If you treat this class seriously, and put in the appropriate effort, CSRE will more than prepare you for success on the state and national licensure exam!

The teachers truly care about the success of their students and will go the extra mile to help you in any way. The small classes help tremenedously and I made many new friends at Noble. I cannot wait to continue to learn what Noble is doing for students now and in the future.

We did the prenatal series and gained so much knowledge from the 4 classes that were offered. I cannot recommend these classes enough for all expectant mothers. The info is in depth and I feel you get much better and unbiased info than if you took the classes at the hospital or you OB. You can also email her with questions after your classes so it's much more personable and more of a one on one experience than at the hospital or OB. She brings in doulas and chiropractors to offer insight into their services which is also very helpful in making informed decisions. She is also a lactation consultant if you're in need of one!

As an educator, I am always so excited when I see other educators go beyond the classroom to help…read morechildren and families. For this #ThankfulThursday, my attention is turning to Dr. De'Shaunda Hampton and what she is doing at her company, Hampton Education Consulting Company (HECC), a #BlackOwned and #WomanOwned Business. I should disclose that Dr. Hampton is an acquaintance, however, her 25 years in education as a educator and administrator speaks volumes! This review is based solely on what I am witnessing her do to aid the children and community she has always served. When the pandemic hit this year, Dr. Hampton was already employed at the college level, and consulting and writing. However, she knew the children and families in Winston-Salem, NC would struggle with the new transitions in education, so she created HECC. Despite her continued grueling schedule with her work and family life, Dr. Hampton has managed to create a program through HECC that solves the issues students and parents now face, having to attend class virtually, without the assistance of in-person educators. HECC is able to teach Pre-K through 12, as well as assist college students and Adults. They do remediation, tutoring, day camp, and direct instruction. The highly rated software, MobyMax, is utilized to do pre-assessments and help determine how HECC can most assist students. Are you ready for another bonus? HECC is within FSA Eligibility guidelines because they offer Before and After School Care via the tutoring and remediation, Day Camp, and Whole Day programs. If your childcare or aftercare has closed due to COVID, Dependent Childcare FSA is now accepted at HECC! All CDC COVID-19 guidelines are strictly followed for students/parents who attend in-person lessons, and things are sanitized between classes. I have personally referred families to Hampton Education Consulting Company because I know that Dr. Hampton has a passion for education and a heart for children. Everyone has been thankful for the referrals and happy with the services. If you have a student current taking classes online, or you are taking classes yourself, and you want to ensure that you are performing at your highest level, I enthusiastically recommend Hampton Education Consulting Company to you. Make sure you let them know Kindra sent ya!
