We met Dana in the showroom about a month ago, she was extremely professional, efficient and knowledgeable about what we wanted. She guided us through every step and each of the people who did everything from the laser drawing of our countertops to the ordering of the correct sink, etc., to the dismantling and installation to making sure the final project was perfect. They were all on time as well as being professional and efficient. Such a pleasant experience. I love the look of my kitchen and going to use them for another project.

All other quotes were double or more than the one I got from this place, so I was worried that it would be shoddy workmanship or low-quality vinyl planks. I came across Nas' business SBN Home Improvements on Yelp and saw his other awesome 5-star reviews…read moreon Thumbtack, so I immediately inquired about his availability to help repair a wall and fix a plumbing issue with my bathtub. Let me tell you... Nas went above and beyond!! We were looking for someone who could resolve our wall/plumbing issues in a few days before an upcoming event. Nas was able to come the same day. I first spoke to him at 12PM and he offered to come by at 2PM -- the same day! He was incredibly helpful in resolving our wall and plumbing issues in a short amount of time and for a very reasonable price. However, what I appreciated most, was that he took the time to explain some of the issues to me. For example, I had no idea that the tub drain linkage was too long, which was causing our slow drainage. Not only did he clear the blockage in the drain out, but he also fixed the tub drain linkage by hand. And he explained the issue to me (a non-handy person) very patiently so I could understand. He also took great care to repair some small holes left in our wall. Silly me thought that any white paint would do, but Nas explained that there are many different finishes and tones to white paints, so I should make sure I have the right paint color to avoid a mismatched wall. As a woman who is not particularly handy, I really appreciated Nas' patience and kindness in resolving my issues. And I am absolutely delighted with the perfect outcome/fixes! Thank you, Nas!! We will be sure to contact SBN Home Improvements for any and every home improvement need. Nas does it all!

Roccie's claims on the homepage of their website that they will come and provide a free estimate but changed their tune when I attempted to schedule, advising she would be charging me for the estimate if I did not choose them for the job. When I questioned this, she became irate, yelling at me telling me it is CORPORATE POLICY and flat out refused to provide me with her name even though I asked multiple times. She refused to even provide her first name so I could know who i was speaking to and would only tell me to email the owner if I had a problem. Why would i go to so much trouble to give YOU business? Absolutely terrible. I will be telling all my friends and family avoid this business and use A REPUTABLE service in the area that wont take advantage of you and pull a bait and switch like this woman tried to with me.
