I had my first appointment/cleaning this morning and he seems like a very nice man. He had me fill out a short amount of paperwork, took my insurance information and got me right in the chair. He did the cleaning and exam himself, fairly quickly but thoroughly and without any fuss. We scheduled my next appointment and I was out the door in right at 30 minutes! (I will give a little credit to my good oral hygiene and good teeth genetics!) It was an easy appointment and he was very pleasant.

This location is immaculate and has state of the art equipment. They follow up after your procedures and truly care. My 8 year old who I would have suspected was going to freak out about a procedure felt completely at ease with Dr Sharma talking her through what was going on without sugar coating anything. To my surprise she was chill the whole time during and even after the procedure and Dr Sharma was able to save her tooth. So grateful! They need to start getting more people getting the phones this has always been an issue when working with them. It honestly depends on the day for service, I've been a couple times now and the main dentist is definitely rushed and you can tell she is trying to get out asap to other patients which is frustrating. I've also had some visits where they seem to care a little bit more so I guess hope for a good day or go somewhere else.

Dr Cook was my forth and hands down second to none the best Doctor I have ever been to. From the cleanliness of his office, the receptionist and the dental technician that assisted him, you will not find any better in the Kyana area. Dr Cook's chair side manner puts you at ease. The root canal was completely painless. Next day there was zero discomfort. Dr Cook is a Navy Veteran and honorably served his country for 12+ years. I'm a retired Coast Guard veteran. I trust him implicitly which is good because I've had a lot of work done (like six major surgeries in the past decade). He's compassionate, funny, honest, and a great dentist. He cares so much that he gives his personal number to patients when the office is closed and over holidays, in case of dental emergencies. His office staff are also gems. I've known them for years, but they take such effort to learn new patients' names and are truly interested in your needs. They all work very hard to accommodate patients especially when you are in pain or have an emergency situation. Dentistry can be painful and it can often be expensive which is why I value my doctor and his staff. They soften both blows with their helpfulness and warmth. I'll be very sad the day that Dr. Nunnally decides to retire. Until then, I'll appreciate his practice for the rare jewel that it is, a health professional that treats every patient like a neighbor not a number.
