I have to call every year to remind them of my yearly service otherwise they don't show up. I have had a regulator problem that was supposed to be fixed and they say that is on order. Two years later I am still waiting. My most recent call (2 months ago) was to express my concern over their service and was assured that they would follow-up. Still they have not shown up. I have finally went to another provider and found out that the regulator on My Generac was never installed properly in the first place. If there had been a zero star rating, I would give them a zero rating for the following. 1. total incompetence 2. no follow-up 3. very poor customer service 4. Lack knowledge of the Generac equipment I cannot understand how Woodhyrst Co. can stay in business. However, they are still in business, but a one star rating is too generous.
