A couple years later that's exactly what we did! The housing market had become absolutely insane in Bloomington. If you didn't buy a house the moment you toured it, or sometimes even before then, the house would be snapped up. Many houses were gone the same day they were listed! We were feeling so frustrated with the process. Presentation of the space (grounds kept clean and clear), along with attention to maintenance requests in a timely manner, gave me such peace of mind as someone new to the area.
