BRIDES BEWARE!! SHE WILL LET YOU DOWN ON THE DAY OF THE WEDDING! WORST VENDOR! You only get married once and you can only hope that the florist you choose would be one you can rely on. Terry will come off as professional in the very beginning, she will call, email and assure you that everything will be handled. I trusted her with $2,000 worth of my money. She fell short on all of it. She cannot handle a big wedding or big orders. She lets emotions get in the way of her work and attitude interfere with her professionalism. I emailed her after my wedding because she still owes me $30 and I gave her a week to respond....she never did. She will take your money and run with it. I had 150 guests at my wedding. As a bride you are pulled left and right on the day off. Due to 1 misseed phone call from her on the day of the wedding, she took it upon herself to act like it was her day and not mine. She left centerpieces on the floor and didn't bother putting them on the table. She left a mess for other people to clean up. I booked her a year in advance and on the day of my wedding she said she had another event to tend to. Her centerpieces fell apart before the wedding even started. Like I said, you only get married once. She was my biggest downfall on the day of my wedding. I missed photo shoots with my bridal party because they had to fix her mess. I just don't want the same for other brides out there. HER FLOWER ARRANGEMENTS AREN'T WORTH THE DISAPPOINTMENT! Looking back, I wish I went with another vendor. There are so many out there. DON'T SUBJECT YOURSELF TO BEING ROBBED of beautiful flowers and most importantly your most precious time on such an important day! read more

ABSOLUTE TRASH!!!!!!! If i could give this place negative stars i would. My partner and i came here on vacation but i was TO PROPOSAL TO MY PARTNER hence the need for flowers. Upon my arrival to Las Vegas i read marvelous reviews about this shop. So naturally couldn't wait to stop by, My hotel was the Hilton about a mile away. When i arrived i was greeted by a by a women with short dirt blonde hair (the owner TERRY) extremely rude, made me feel like i was an idiot for not knowing how arrangements work. I was kind of desperate to get some flowers, so i place the order 4 Dozen Red Roses $99.99. for $400.00 To be delivered to my hotel. The flowers looked very cheap and wilted, they smelled of mold. When the flowers arrived i had no time nor money to replace before my partner arrived. She arrived to the hotel and there i was on the phone trying to get these damn flowers replaced . THEY RUINED MY PROPOSAL AND THE WHOLE REASON I EVEN CAME TO LAS VEGAS. I COME AS A WARNING IF YOU DON'T WANT YOUR VERY IMPORTANT EVEN TO BE RUINED AVOID THIS PLACE THEY ARE DREAM KILLERS. PS- THEY REPLACED THE FLOWERS THE NEXT DAY BUT WOULD NOT GIVE ME A REFUND THEY ARE TOTAL SCAMERS!!!! BEWARE!!! read more

I've been buying flowers from Blooming Memory every Friday for quite some time now, and I can confidently say they are absolutely stellar. Terry, the talented florist who designs the bouquets, consistently delivers the most beautiful flowers for my girl. Every arrangement is a masterpiece, showcasing her passion and creativity. One of the standout aspects of Blooming Memory is their incredible punctuality. They take my order every week and have never been late. This reliability is something I deeply appreciate. Their customer service is also top-notch. The team is always friendly and accommodating, making every interaction a pleasure. I've even made special requests with a week's notice, and they've managed to fulfill them perfectly. Working with Blooming Memory and especially with Terry has been a joy. The gorgeous flowers and the fantastic service keep me coming back week after week. If you're looking for a florist who delivers on quality, punctuality, and service, look no further than Blooming Memory! read more

Wish I could give zero stars. I went in after work to buy my girlfriend some flowers. Since I work in the same shopping center I went specifically for lilies, they're my girlfriend favorite. I figured some red roses with those would be romantic. They never asked who the flowers were for or what type of arrangement, I only mention this because in the end it wasn't romantic in the least. The flowers were pink and purple wrapped in paper and the ribbon was red and white. Okay. The women that seemed like the owner was grouchy and continued to make comments as though she did NOT want to help me. A man me, and when he showed me the flowers to confirm that it was what I was looking for the other woman abruptly said "no! That's for something else! We don't have any" By day two, some flowers were already wilted upside down and the seemingly wrinkled ones from day one were even worse and loose. DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR AND SHOP ELSEWHERE read more

Wow! After being very disappointed with a Teleflora florist that my local business ordered through, I looked up NV florists near the zip code I needed delivery in. Blooming Memory had such great reviews that I decided to order direct through them. Terry was so very helpful and appreciated how upset I was. I placed my order, just giving her a price point and a request for a specific flower to be included in the fresh arrangement. I was sent a picture of what the arrangement looked like BEFORE it was delivered, should I decide I wanted it to look different. NEVER have I had that option! The picture looked great, our daughter sent us pictures as well, and told us how beautiful they were and how fragrant. I am super impressed, and have now found a business to support in Las Vegas. Terrific customer service and beautiful arrangements! Thank you Terry! read more

if i could give negative stars i would!!!! This place is a total SHAM!!! about 40 minutes before i walked into this flower shop (in the worst part of town btw) i walked into a smiths store about half a mile away from i was shopping for flowers for my aunt same were multiple other people in the store. As i was not impressed by there flowers i did not buy but one women bought almost half the inventory of red roses. so i yelped the nearest florist wich had great reviews naturally blooming memory popped up so i drove right to the shop. upon arrival i see the same women unloading all the roses to her shop. im sorry but if i have to buy grocery store flowers and pay 200% mark up for u to make them look pretty then i would rather learn to do it on youtube i made no purchase on this day as from what i saw i would of never liked the arrangement, read more

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FLOWER SHOP! I ordered flowers for my dad's birthday. I was told that they would be delivered around 4pm that same day. I called my dad that evening and the flowers were not delivered. I called the next day and they were still not delivered. I called the company that afternoon and they said they would either reimburse me or deliver them the NEXT day. I said they are 'same day' service and did not deliver when they said. When I asked for some type of compensation, the guy laughed. Horrible customer service. I told them to reimburse me (and I am still waiting on the reimbursement). I then ordered from a different company and the flowers were delivered fine from the other company. read more

I placed an oder with this place today for my office, It seemed reputable so i considered them. That was not the case in my order, The flowers were beaten up, they looked malnourished, something you would find in the local grocery store clearance section. I called to get a replacement and they were rude and yelled at me as if it was my fault the flowers were dead??. I would highly Advise any-body in las Vegas from doing business with this place there are many more reputable places that wont totally ruin your day. read more

By 5:00 put courage on and flower fell off right away. She only have 2 carnations. Not worth $28 and will be going in the morning for money back. Never got to wear it for the dance. read more
