I worked with Jeremie to help me with the all the options for the ring. He was very easy to work with and was very helpful. He was able to shop all suppliers to get us the best price. He was very helpful as with the going over a broad array of options to find exactly what we were looking for. The personalized service we received was excellent. He was able to educate and shop for us directly with the suppliers to help us select a diamond for the ring. When the ring finally arrived I was VERY impressed by not only the quality of the ring, but the delivery options and timing (can't have her finding out early of course!) Communication with Jeremie was excellent and that, along with the amazing ring, would have me highly recommending this to anyone looking to buy an amazing ring with an excellent company with world class service and support. read more

I wanted to thank Jim for taking so much time with me and creating the ring of my dreams. The customer service at Blooming Rings is far beyond anything I expected. Jim even sent me several center diamond options until I decided on the perfect one to compliment my ring, and the price was less than I was expecting to spend. I highly recommend this engagement ring company. read more

Jim was extremely helpful in this whole process from the start. I'm a pretty simple person all the way across the country in CT, and for a place so far they all did a great job executing each step while educating me on what I'm even doing. Thank you all for helping the experience be what I hoped it would. Also, resizing was not an issue, they were prompt and did a beautiful job on it. read more

I worked with Jim and he was adamant about sending the center sapphire for our approval before mounting it onto the actual ring. I am happy that he took that extra step among others to make sure the ring came out as close to perfect as can be. When we got the ring one of the stones fell off and we were able to ship it back and get it fixed without any questions asked. Great customer service, and overall a beautiful ring! Couldn't ask for better! read more

You will love Blooming Beauty. The entire experience I had was wonderful. First spoke with Jeremie who assured me of the quality of jewelry purchase I was considering. This company has integrity and followed through on all of their promises. My ring arrived and is everything I was hoping for. My jeweler here in Tampa just confirmed it's quality and diamond grade. My GIA jewelry specialist was impressed with hand engraving and quality of setting. I received my ring in the time frame that was promised and they even sent measurements of band so I could be sure of it's width. Perfect size and my diamond fit perfectly in the head that they made for me. I am so happy and I am hard to please. Believe in Blooming Beauty you won't be disappointed. read more

Well Short of Expectations and Disappointing: I found Blooming Beauty Ring (BBR) website and instantly fell in love with the design of Hand Engraved Blooming Beauty Engagement and Wedding Ring Set. Connected with the salesperson and my girlfriend and I scheduled a visit to meet with the ring maker and see everything in person. After that visit, we decided to move forward with BBR. My overall presale experience was positive. BBR did a thorough job of educating me on all aspects of the ring and found me the best center diamond at a great value. It was after I wired money to BBR when my experience began to deteriorate. After I received confirmation of a successful wire transfer, BBR advised that I would a receipt the following day. After 2 business days, with a weekend in between, receipt did not arrive so I followed up with BBR. Receipt was sent that same day however the shipping zip code and the date of payment were incorrectly noted. It took another 2 weeks and 2 more reminders with BBR before I finally received a corrected receipt. Around that same time I was advised my ring was ready and would be shipping. After receiving the ring set via FedEx, the rings were beautiful and consistent with what my girlfriend and I saw in person The case the rings came in only had one slot to accommodate the engagement ring so the accompanying wedding band was simply left loose in the same case to freely move around during shipment. As COVID prevented BBR from completing an appraisal, it took me a few weeks a before I was able to find an open place in my area to have an appraisal completed. Within an hour of having dropped off the rings for an appraisal, I received a phone call indicating multiple issues with the rings as follows: 1) Rings were resized to my ordered size as evidenced by visible pinching/seam on the bottom bands versus custom made to size as I was led to believe, 2) One of the prongs holding the center diamond had been poorly soldered and was at risk of breaking, leading to potential loss of center stone, 3) 18K was stamped 3 times on the inner band, and 4) Visible crack on the inner band underneath the shank/mounting. After notifying BBR of these issues, the salesperson conveyed surprise and asked if I had the appraisal done at a place that also makes rings. BBR indicated experience with situations in the past where other ring makers will nitpick an appraisal in an attempt to gain business. Based on my time with the appraiser and seeing the issues firsthand, along with favorable referrals, I do not believe my appraiser was attempting anything suggested by the BBR. Shortly after this conversation, BBR e-mailed me a pre-paid FedEx Overnight return label to send the rings back for evaluation. After speaking with BBR 2 days later, they acknowledged the rings were pulled from stock and resized and 18K was stamped 2 times with the 3rd stamp that of the ring maker's logo. BBR indicated they did not see the prong or cracks issues as indicated by my appraiser. BBR indicated a premade ring will used and resized if a customer wants a quick delivery and 18k was stamped twice because the ring maker felt the first stamp didn't mark well. Never did I indicate a need for fast delivery nor was I ever asked bu BBR if I was ok with a premade ring in lieu of a custom made ring. Regardless, BBR indicated they made a mistake and wanted to make it right by having a new ring made. As shopping online for a purchase of this magnitude is based on reputation and trust, I conveyed difficulty with a remake only if BBR was willing to offer a price concession. My struggle was tied simply to the disconnect between BBR statements versus actions plus my plans for proposing to my girlfriend on her birthday (same day as this conversation) which was now not going to happen due to BBR's complacency. BBR indicated they would evaluate a potential concession and get back to me later. A few hours later I received a text from BBR indicating "we have decided to issue you a full refund" along with details of how the refund could be processed without any further explanation. I was advised one week later via text that a check was being mailed that same day. A few days later I got another text confirming my check was mailed and I should receive soon. Check arrived a few days later but was clear by the check date and postmark that it was not mailed out on the date BBR said it was being mailed and was actually mailed on the date BBR confirmed the check was sent. Another example of the continued disconnect between what BBR advised versus what they did. While the BBR rings are beautiful, I would fully recommend that you have your purchase inspected and/or appraised by a third party to ensure that you are getting what you ordered. While mistakes happen, I have a tough time believing BBR wasn't fully aware of what was sold to me based on this being critically fundamental to their business and BBR's decision to issue a full refund without further explanation. read more

I had been searching for a unique diamond ring for our 30th anniversary for quite some time. When I came across Blooming Beauty, I was impressed by the designs but I was also very skeptical. After some research & discussions with Jeramie, I was convinced. It was like a full education on diamonds, I purchased the bbr274 and we are very satisfied. Through the entire time Jeramie was extremely helpful an authoritative. After it arrived, my wife received many compliments including from the appraiser. It was an amazing experience. Al B read more

Jeremie responds fast, Greg works fast, they are very responsive to the customer's needs and will make every effort to make you happy. I did a month of research before looking to commit to buying an engagement ring, and tried to arm myself with information about pitfalls in an industry that's notorious for being non-transparent to outsiders. I looked everywhere for similar designs and learned everything I could from jewelers beyond just the 4 Cs. That being said, my experience was always comfortable - it never felt like I was being mislead, pressured into buying something I didn't want, or charged an unreasonable price. Jeremie was very helpful with answering questions and always got back to me if he didn't know the answer himself. I wanted something other than a diamond for the center stone and ended up choosing a white sapphire, which he helped me order so that it could be put on the ring after it was made. I hoped to get the ring quickly so that I could surprise my girlfriend on an upcoming cruise. Once my order went through, I received the ring in under 2 weeks. I noticed that the "14K" stamp inside the band only said "K" and was at an angle, which I thought looked a little sloppy and wanted to get fixed. In my eyes, a mistake is fine as long as you handle it well, which they did. The ring also had to be resized (because determining the ring size of a girl who doesn't wear jewelry, in secret, is hard!) and told Jeremie what I wanted. After sending the ring back (from NY to CA), I am happy to say they did a great job doing everything I asked and even got it back to me within a week. I recommend these guys highly - now in the process of getting a matching wedding band. read more

I worked with Jeremie and Greg in designing my engagement ring and it was a great experience. I'm a self-proclaimed nit picky person who is very detail oriented and Jeremie was the perfect compliment - he had tremendous patience and understanding to help me get the ring I truly wanted. My boyfriend originally picked the original blooming beauty, but I wanted to modify the band so that it was thin single row of diamonds.. Jeremie was very understanding of what I wanted and went out of his way to design a mock up of the ring with Greg (it's now on the website as beautiful petra!). They took into account my preferences, while making sure to maintain the structural integrity of the ring. Being from Toronto, it was certainly not an option for me to travel to LA to go buy the ring in person. Everything was done over an email exchange plus a few phone calls. Jeremie sent me photos of the wax molds of the ring to show me progress and get approval before we proceeded to the next step. They gave me an honest timeline right from the beginning (2-3 weeks because it was custom) and stuck to it - no run arounds. This was a custom job and of course anyone would be nervous about the final product. "What if I don't like it? What if it's not what I expected?" But I was reassured that if for whatever reason I was dissatisfied, I could return it. Well, there was no need for that, the ring was gorgeous - even in it's semi mount form, it was sparkly! Greg did a fantastic job with constructing the ring by hand- I don't know how his hands can create such intricacy and accurate proportions, but they did. Overall, I would highly recommend this company. I am very pleased :) I can't wait to design our wedding bands- just need to get ideas. I'm sure Jeremie and Greg will do all they can to make them a reality. read more

I received my Blooming Beauty ring several weeks ago. The details are absolutely stunning. When we had the 2.77 diamond set by our local jeweler, we were told the ring was extremely well made. Because of the size of the diamond, I had six prongs instead of the standard four made out of platinum to secure the diamond. (The rest of the ring was made out of white gold.) I was worried about it not looking quite right because of there being six prongs centered around eight petals. I don't know how he did it, but it looks centered all the way around; each leaf lines up with each prong. The sales rep, Jeremie, was exceptionally helpful and assured me the ring would come out beautiful and if for any reason, I could return it. Just to be certain of the purchase and since the ring had to be shipped, we first checked about having one made and the quote came in $3,000.00 higher. Combined with Blooming Beauty's different flower ring choices, price, assurance of quality, and Jeremie's knowledge and excellent customer, we had them make my ring and I just couldn't be happier! Nearly every day, I get at least one compliment. read more

For my 20th anniversary my husband and I decided to upgrade my wedding ring. We wanted to keep the center stone, but really wanted a new mounting that showed off the stone. After spending numerous months scouring the local jewelry stores for a mounting and having much frustration with the price/quality I came across Bloom Beauty Ring via the internet. Started having communication via email with Jeremie. This guy is remarkable in all aspects of the business. Prompt, personable and professional. He has a keen sense of styl and after showing me a couple of mounting selections, he came up with a design that was similar to one that I had seen at a jewelers. Retail, this mounting sold for $10,000! Jeremie and Greg created a design that was similar to this ring but so much better. I can't say enough how awesome Jeremie and Blooming Beauty are. He relieved any apprehension I had of buying online. Greg is a true artist and the two together have created a very dynamic business. Jeremie is the true gem at Blooming Beauty!! read more
