Unfortunately recently we had to plan my cousins services right after Christmas so we contacted Caggianos again. They were again very helpful and kind...Then the most terrible situation happened, eight days after my cousin suddenly passed my sister also passed away suddenly and tragically. Not only was Michael and Pat and all the workers here so helpful, they offered us their unwavering support through this entire process. We ultimately decided to have all the services for both family members within a three day period. Michael and Pat were there for us from beginning to end. We couldn't have had more perfect people to help us during the worst time of our lives. It is impossible to explain my sincerest gratitude and appreciation for everything they did for us. They felt like family and they treated us that way. I've never felt so taken care of by people who we didn't know well before these tragedies. Our limo driver Joe was also so kind and helpful throughout the day. We were all in such a daze and had such a hard time getting through everything. Without their support and love I don't think we would have made it through the way that we did. I can't say enough good things about this funeral home and the people who work here. This review doesn't even do them justice. Thinking about how supportive they were beings tears to my eyes. I hope whoever is seeing this review decides to use Caggianos during their time of sorrow.

No pressure with payments, and they allowed us time mourn. The children had two rooms to rest from adults. The adults had three rooms including the services. I would definitely used them again if services were needed. Their family florist had the best flower arraignments. They provided security for our travels from Funeral home to church services and to cemetery. They did it and all we did was mourn our loss of our Mom. Thank you, Mr. Michael for being there for us from the bottom of my Heart. MIsabel

My father's wake and funeral ended up being over 600 people, a 300 car procession where the 280 freeway had to be closed down for miles. They allowed us to stay late on the day of the wake (our family underestimated how many people would show up), they suggested a gorgeous church that was perfect in every way. Everything went smoothly and beautifully. We got many compliments about how amazing the funeral was and what a great way to honor our father. It could not have been done without O'Boyle's. They made a very tough time much easier. Thank you.

The death of our loved one, who was only 31 years old, came unexpectedly. We certainly wanted to find a dignified place to say our last goodbyes and this one was recommended to us by another member of our family whom we trust. Nick Grillo worked with us from start to finish to make sure we were satisfied in every aspect. The establishment itself was beautiful and clean. It was wonderful to know we'd have the entire vicinity to ourselves and our mourning guests. We were all able to grieve peacefully, share memories and say our last goodbyes while Rob, a member of the staff, continuously kept us up to date and ensured the beautifully-made obituary cards were always stocked for the guests. We chose to cremate our loved one and were given his ashes a few days after the funeral. He was informative and pleasant about the pending questions we had during our final meeting. We highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to give their loved ones a final service that is graceful, peaceful and dignified. Sending love and appreciation on behalf Omar S.'s family.

He worked tirelessly and put in time even on the weekends to help plan and coordinate. Since Martin's is the only funeral home I was familiar with and couldn't otherwise think clearly, I immediately called Martin's to make arrangements for my father on the day he passed away. I don't want to mention any names, but the person who organized my father's service was extremely brash. When meeting with her to make the arrangements, I did not like her attitude at all. It was almost like it was a huge inconvenience to her because we asked for a later funeral service (6 pm-7:30 pm) but I begrudgingly moved forward with organizing my father's service. I'd like to add that her words were, "It's late, but I'll make it happen." On the day of the service, I was saying my last words to my father, and the woman interrupted my speech. She also struggled to run the Zoom service which was very distracting because she did not know what she was doing. I was later informed that friends and family came at around 7:00 pm to catch the last half hour of the service, and she locked them out and would not let them in. Then at 7:15, she made an announcement, "It's time for y'all to leave. Thank you!" I couldn't believe all of this was happening. I was embarrassed and upset. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. If the organizer did not want us to have the service at 6 pm, she should have made that clear instead of saying she will "make it happen," then treating my family and friends the way she did.
