Can't give it any stars... absolutely horrible experience. Owner tries to be nice probably because of all the bad reviews she has on her attitude. Machines are small , crappy and broken down. Door broke open during the beginning of wash and owner blamed me, that I didn't lock the door but she knows machines are crap because she runs around the shop pushing peoples belongs into machine further in saying it will get stuck. The people on here saying it is clean are blind... lift up were the detergent goes...?there's mold all through the machine. Owner runs around lighting candles and wiping the tops of machines and counters but never wipes inside machines. If you put enough lipstick on a pig it will look nice but it's still a pig. Machines are all broken and they take more money than said to get them to run. This place should be closed down. Health department is not doing there job.And to the person that said it's cheap to do wash there... is out of there mind. read more

Horrible lady who works there is a complete biotch! My dryer broke so on top of the mountains of laundry I had to do I also had the load that was already washed but couldn't be dried at home. She refused to let me dry them. read more

I will give this place 2 star just because it is very clean! But the other 3 are just because the lady there I don't really know if she is the owner or she is just an employee. But she was very rude, she leaves and LOCKS the bathroom?!! WTF! You have costumers you don't expect them to go to the bathroom??? Agh!!!!! Will NEVER come back here !!
