The lady who works here takes literally all the large Washing machines so everyone has to split their loads, spending more money. So there's definitely not enough Washing machines in this place. And it's dirty there's mold growing inside the soap area for your detergent read more

Can't give it any stars... absolutely horrible experience. Owner tries to be nice probably because of all the bad reviews she has on her attitude. Machines are small , crappy and broken down. Door broke open during the beginning of wash and owner blamed me, that I didn't lock the door but she knows machines are crap because she runs around the shop pushing peoples belongs into machine further in saying it will get stuck. The people on here saying it is clean are blind... lift up were the detergent goes...?there's mold all through the machine. Owner runs around lighting candles and wiping the tops of machines and counters but never wipes inside machines. If you put enough lipstick on a pig it will look nice but it's still a pig. Machines are all broken and they take more money than said to get them to run. This place should be closed down. Health department is not doing there job.And to the person that said it's cheap to do wash there... is out of there mind. read more

I will give this place 2 star just because it is very clean! But the other 3 are just because the lady there I don't really know if she is the owner or she is just an employee. But she was very rude, she leaves and LOCKS the bathroom?!! WTF! You have costumers you don't expect them to go to the bathroom??? Agh!!!!! Will NEVER come back here !! I rather go to the car wash by Hannaford ! read more

It does look as if there is an attempt to keep the place clean, and most who work there are pleasant as are customers. I wish there was a sloop sink. My biggest qualm is that they can be selective about who they'll fix an issue for. One afternoon I had loaded all my clothes in one of the largest washers, and it didn't wash. I asked for my money back and was told there was nothing she could do. A guy tried to use the washer and experienced the same issue. He threw a big stink and the attendant rushed to transfer his clothes into another washer and paid for it. This was a long time ago but left a bad taste in my mouth. It's been nine days, I went back the next day and took a picture of the counter where I left the note. The note was gone, so they had my number, and ignored the situation. I will never come into this dump again. If I have to wash clothes outside of my house I will go all the way to Ellenville , where I know they watch the cameras and they will give you your money back when they go through the inventory of their money and know that their books are over. This is a small town, people talk you never know who's reading reviews. Renovations me nothing when you don't have customer service, renovations mean nothing when you don't have anybody there to refund somebody in a timely manner. Renovations mean nothing when you have, no one, and NO ONE there to give you back five dollars that you lost in their machine trying to wash your laundry. Make IT makes sense. It wasn't my last five dollars, but it could've been somebody else's, could've been a single mothers last five dollars, could've been an elderly man's last five dollars! He might've been waiting on his Social Security to come in and that was all the laundry money he had allotted for the week. You never know what people are going through. Me personally it's the principle! This place has no principles, morals, or customer service. Lovely.
