The people at Bloom are like No Other! A very different approach to counseling than I have ever expected and it is life changing. I have never felt more open and free of judgement than I do here at Bloom. If you need a little or a lot of guidance this is where you should start. They offer phone, video conferencings or in person sessions for your comfort level. They specialize in Neurodivergence such as ADHD and Autism but if you aren't any of those titles they are still experts in their field. We should all put our mental health as a top priority. We are authentic therapists offering in-person mental health support in Belmont, NC and virtual care across North Carolina. We specialize in Anxiety, Burnout, Highly-Sensitive People, ADHD, Giftedness, AuDHD, and OCD. We apply a neuro-affirming lens in therapy. We offer an exploratory, collaborative approach in our work to pinpoint the various parts of an individual that may be influencing their beliefs, thought-patterns, behaviors, etc. This allows us to uncover what shifts are necessary to help them live their most fulfilling lives.

Established in 2023.

Bloom is a new private practice, opened in late 2023, but the founding clinicians have a combined 20 years of experience in the mental health/counseling field. After years working in non-profit/agency settings, sisters and clinicians, Allison Freeman & Catherine Bruce, decided to make the leap into business ownership. They are now thrilled to get to bring to the greater Belmont community highly specialized mental wellness services they are most passionate about and skilled in.
