I immediately called Rubenstein Law after getting home from the hospital. I met with one the pre-screener the next day and was advised that my lawyer will be calling in the up coming weeks, It was actually a couple days later, I received a call from my lawyer, Carlos Gonzalez and his assistant Star Guerra. Communication was very prompt and was always was very well informed on my case. I was able to settle with six months and I was very satisfied with the outcome of my case. I highly recommend Rubenstein

I ultimately found out my case had been dropped during an extremely rude and abrupt phone call. The woman informed me (without explanation or empathy) that the firm would no longer represent me and that my file would be sent immediately. That never happened. During onboarding, multiple customer support reps reached out, creating the impression that I'd be well taken care of.. especially considering the $ignificant percentage of the settlement this firm charges. Despite multiple calls, emails, and even a certified letter requesting my case file, I received no response. This level of negligence & disregard for a client's rights is unacceptable from any law firm, especially one that claims to advocate for injury victims. PROCEED WITH CAUTION!

But the truth is, Jon's passion for what he does, combined with his expertise, empathy and respect... well he got me as happy an ending as I could have hoped for. Watching him in action during mediation I saw his passion in action and my respect for Jon grew. But even before then, I knew the professional he was. There was never a time I called or emailed that I didn't get a quick response from him or his staff. Everyone always treated me with courtesy and respect and when Jon spoke with me I was made to feel as if I was his most important client. Mine was not an easy case and I truly believe that Jon did better than anyone else could have in mediation. I highly recommend Jon -- if there were more stars I would give him 6.

Sometimes it may only take a phone call from Mr. Dobkin, and that's what he did. He called my serve advisor and left a message in a non-intimidating tone; I believe it helped me receive a more detailed invoice about my 2022 vehicle repair. The Hyundai dealer had my vehicle for over a month; this was the second time for the same issue. In the past, I've reached out to other attorneys in unrelated matters where I thought a simple call would resolve the situation, but I was given instructions on what to do and unfortunately my efforts were not effective. Therefore, Mr. Dobkin's quick decision to call the service advisor was appreciated very much but was certainly unexpected. I felt like he sincerely cared about my situation. Mr. Dobkin's staff also made me feel like they cared. Although short, the conversations never felt rushed. I believe Mr. Dobkin sincerely cares about people and believe he will be rewarded for his efforts.
