Had to custom order a window. The window wasn't the right slide direction. Had to install it to fill the hole in the wall. Mike stated " at this point you've bought the window, your only option is to come in and order another one"
No wonder everyone goes to Cheyennes box stores for their home project needs.
I try to shop locally for the good of the community and get this kind of service... I won't be going back unless I absolutely can't find something elsewhere.
I paid more for the window locally and feel that I received half the product vs just going to Cheyenne. read more
