I gathered my forms, prepared a long list of questions I needed answered, and headed to Swansea to meet Chris. WOW, what great professional experience. Chris walked my wife and me through all the forms and paperwork, in less than an hour. All questions answered. Chris has a large computer monitor, we could watch him enter the data, and asked questions as he entered the data. I believe he saved us about $2,000, by entering the data into the proper forms. Overall, personable, professional and quick. I'll be back again next year.

At 6:22 the "tax professional" who performed my taxes came out to apologize, said he was wrapping up and it would be about 5 more minutes. That was 9 minutes later -- we were finally called... That is when this horrible review turned into a good one. Charles was awesome and professional. He got us out in less than hour. We paid less than last year, got a bigger refund, and this location include Peach of Mind insurance at no extra cost! Thanks!

Say they can't do it without my military orders. (Really? Because we wouldn't have known if WE didn't call to check in on the process. So I guess I they never would have gotten done -- but you needed the orders so badly?? *sarcasm*) Called back the next day to say - "Why? Didn't need orders when I've filed taxes before." Realized they were stalling. (I PCSed a year and a half ago and my orders weren't even from this tax year.) Now told - we can process without your orders. Showed up because I realized he was lying and stalling and I didn't want someone like the handling my personal information. Was told there's some "subtraction" if I can provide my orders. However, when I asked him to explain, he said rudely "well I just did- there's a subtraction." Asked politely for my documents back bc I'm firing him at this point. He readily gives them to me. They are not even begun to be processed. This tells me he hasn't even started. He does not try to keep my business. This tells me that he must be so behind in his work that he can stand to lose some because he's not offering any customer service and is not trying to keep my business. Thank you for your time and good luck to whatever poor souls you fooled into trusting you. We caught on. You're busted Michael. And your assistant isn't a good liar. I love yelp.

They're onsite to help (will actually hold your hand and walk you through everything). Other than paying my taxes for me, they do everything you would hope for in accounting. Very reasonable costs (maybe a few dollars/yr more than my last one but they do so much more and do it better too!). could not be happier. I feel safer with them as my accountant. I feel like i'm not going to get to the end of the year and have to make a huge payment because of underestimation or some similar issue.

My parents proudly lived in this home for 54 years. My dad passed away 2 years ago and at 90 years of age, it is just more than my mom can handle at this stage in her life. The home needs a lot of love and that is exactly what the Silver Team ladies brought with them. I consider myself a very good housekeeper but these lovely ladies just worked circles around anything I would have done had I cleaned the home myself. They cleaned areas I wouldn't have even thought of. I just kept walking room to room shaking my head at how they revived the home back to the showplace it is and made it sparkle on all surfaces in every room. It just looks and smells amazing. My nephew and his family helped me move things out the week before the cleaning and they couldn't believe the difference when they moved in the day after the ladies showed up to do their magic. The most important thing though is how amazing the ladies were to work with. They were very professional at all times yet were so pleasant and personable to work with. Such a joy to meet. Thank you ladies. You are such a class act.

I felt gypped because I paid for three workers for 2 hours in the bid I was given and they sent…read moreonly 2 workers but still charged the same amount. One of the things they were to clean was the inside and outside of the exterior doors. The back door looked fine and the front door was cleaned, but the front doorjamb was left with cobwebs and dead bugs. Also they were supposed to clean the outside of the appliances. Before they cleaned there were 2 marks on the microwave door left from suction cups. It wasn't obvious, but it was still there after they had supposedly cleaned, so they must have skipped it. There was a rust stain in the basement around the drain that I pointed out. I asked if they thought they could get it out and the supervisor said she had had trouble with getting rust stains out before. I asked them if they use CLR and they said no. I gave them some and they were able to get the rust stain out with that. This review posted saying I was in San Francisco, but the branch that I used was in Collinsville, Illinois. I don't know how to alter that.
