This year we were a bit early for our appointment and sat in the front waiting area. They have coffee and water available. Much like other reviews we noticed that the greeter/secretary didn't excite us a lot. She seemed to be more interested in her phone than anything happening in the store. The other issue we have with HR Block is the price to do the taxes. It is starting to get very outrageous and next year we might try to go with a cheaper option. Overall we are pleased with our experience but a bit unhappy with the pricing.
