What a nice guy very professional knew what he was talking about and very happy with him. Cameron cleaned the erosion around the cables on the battery that seemed to help while the lights on the panels went off. I requested a tow truck to take me back home. Wasn't sure if I could drive the car back. Cameron called in for a tow truck for me as I waited two hours for the tow truck that never came. They said they had shortage of tow trucks because there was a event like the bay to breakers in the city and a concert as well, but they never called me back to tell me they were going to cancel. I had to call them after two hours sitting in the car waiting for them. I took it upon myself to drive my car from San Francisco back to South San Francisco where I live taking no freeways wasn't sure if I was going to have an issue again so disappointed with the road service they suggested I leave the car where it's at put the key in the ignition and find a way to get home whether to take a Lift or have somebody come and pick me up so disappointed with the quality of service. I wish I could give 0 star to Henry and Allstate…read more I have been a customer of Henry at Allstate since 2018. I had set up monthly auto-pay with paperless billing. On February 10, 2023, I chose to cancel my Allstate insurance policy by contacting Henry directly. He did not inform me of any outstanding balance on my account, and my online account was deactivated after February 10, 2023. On June 20, 2023, I received a notice from a collection company representing Allstate, claiming that I owed them $232 and that they had already reported this to my credit report. I immediately reached out to Henry, who explained that it was a pro-rated premium for the period before I canceled my policy. I never received any billing information either by mail or online. I made the payment the same day, and Henry assured me that his team would inform the collection agency to remove the collection history from my credit report. However, even after one year, the collection history is still visible on my credit report, significantly affecting my credit score. Several banks have rejected my mortgage application. The way Henry and Allstate has handled this situation is unacceptable. I was unable to receive the final pro-rated statement because: 1. Henry did not inform me of any outstanding balance when I canceled my policy. 2. I lost access to the online portal the day after I canceled my policy. 3. I was enrolled in auto-pay, and Allstate could have directly charged my credit card instead of sending the final bill to a collection company. Avoid Allstate at any cost!!! Their system is still in the 80s.

They asked me questions that H and R block wouldn't even dare to ask. Personal finance about work and other activities I didn't know were applicable to tax preparation. They informed me that big companies like that don't care and give you the bare minimum of a return. I have referred friends to Darrell and they have had positive experiences. With all this said and done, every person has a different situation for taxes and I have learned a lot from using Deducted LLC. Another important fact that people tend to forget is that taxes is wages you have worked for, not government issued checks.
