When asking them they said that it must not have scanned properly into the system and this happens sometimes... but had I not double checked the work I would have never known this and my family would be out $2,500. They still charged me $200 to file my taxes even though I basically did their job for them and brushed this off as not a big deal. Was looking for a new tax CPA and came across this website…read more The "Contact us" feature does not allow to enter any comments or questions but it has an automated appointment scheduling feature, so I scheduled an appointment for 2pm the day after next and got email and text confirmations and several reminders. I drove 25 miles and showed up 5 minutes before the scheduled time and found the place dark and the door closed. I immediately emailed and texted that I was there. Waited over 10 minutes past the appointment time but no one came so I left. Did not get any email, text or call until later that evening when I got the following weird email: "Thanks for taking the time to meet today!
