After months and months of waiting for a h IRS to respond we received a letter stating she indicated on the forms incorrect information and it had to be amended. She supposedly sent the amended return 3 times but could not provide any confirmation to us that she did. Finally when I spoke to an IRS rep they stated the reason there has been no update is that the numbers did not match our original return and the examiner had to disregard our paperwork. We have had an outstanding balance with the IRS which in 2023 she advised not to pay while we wait for the amended return to be accepted. We are now in collections had and have threatened leins from the IRS. We now have a new CPA who has to refile our amended return because it was done so incorrectly. He ISNT even a CPA just a tax preparer who make you say you own a business when you dont.shady work…read morewhich uncle sam will find out and his "1 million dollar insurance" is for what if he cant even go court for you An Enrolled Agent (EA) is generally more valuable than a basic tax preparer because EAs are federally licensed tax specialists with unlimited IRS representation rights, ideal for complex situations (audits, appeals, back taxes), while basic preparers only file simple returns and can't represent you; an EA's specialized focus on tax law makes them a stronger choice for anything beyond straightforward filing. The worth depends on your needs: simple returns, a competent preparer; complex issues or IRS disputes, an EA or CPA. Tax Preparer (Uncredentialed/Basic) Best For: Simple, straightforward tax returns (W-2 income, standard deductions). Limitations: Cannot represent you before the IRS on audits, collections, or appeals. Cost: Often the cheapest option. Considerations: Quality varies significantly; ensure they have a PTIN and good reviews.

I haven't used it for taxes yet but I've had only good experiences with him as my health insurance agent. As to the one star reviewer, I don't understand the allegations which if they were credible would deter me from doing business with this person. I look for credibility in the review. A professional stating they have a million dollars with a fraud insurance can be verified. You can't claim it's crap unless you ask for for a copy of their insurance and they didn't produce it. And you can find Adler easiest with AI . Just put in Adler Charles Broward County. All the information is available if you're looking in the right place. Also Anyone who does your taxes is going to have your social security number they couldn't do your taxes without it. Tax preparers in Liberty Tax are not cpas. You don't need to be a CPA to prepare taxes just as the one star reviewer stated in his review . It's up to the customer to decide who they want to use. Anyway I have not ever had a problem doing business with Adler and I feel comfortable recommending him and leaving him a five-star review. Thank you Adler for always being patient and professional in your business dealings with me. Kind regards, Tracy
