It's been 3 weeks and he's done nothing, and he never returned. When I asked for a refund today he said "sorry your 10 days are up." We hired him after reading an article about him in the Midland Daily News. Seemed legit. We figured we'd give a young business owner a shot. Also, his profession of faith in Jesus Christ was encouraging and I figured he probably wasn't a scammer. Very disappointed!

They are a little pricey, but do have a maintenance program that charges less overall for regular sprays. So far, it has worked, but the Orkin techs still couldn't seem to understand how or where they just appeared. It looks like the problem has been solved but we might need to use them again in the future. The only real drawback is the time it took to get a tech out here to begin with. We called and Orkin couldn't get anyone out here (it was an emergency lol) for a few days- that is not appropriate. Other than that, it was okay.
