We've used them to exterminate some drug store beetles that somehow got into our basement area…read more They have done a couple of sprays for it, so far so good. They are a little pricey, but do have a maintenance program that charges less overall for regular sprays. So far, it has worked, but the Orkin techs still couldn't seem to understand how or where they just appeared. It looks like the problem has been solved but we might need to use them again in the future. The only real drawback is the time it took to get a tech out here to begin with. We called and Orkin couldn't get anyone out here (it was an emergency lol) for a few days- that is not appropriate. Other than that, it was okay.

5 out of 5! So thankful for this service!…read more I had an animal get into my attic and called Great Lakes Wildlife Control -- they came out super fast and took care of it right away. The guy who came was really nice, explained everything he was doing, and made sure the animal was removed safely. He even checked for how it got in and sealed it up so it wouldn't happen again. I was honestly stressed at first, but they made the whole thing so easy. Definitely recommend GLWC if you ever end up with unwanted animals inside or outside of your home!

The company I went with called as soon as I posted the question and gave me a price for an inspection which would apply to the treatment IF a treatment was needed. treatment price would depend on what they found during the inspection. When I went back to check on the estimate from Bugzilla, there was no mention of an inspection prior to treatment or what the treatment would entail, just a price which seemed very high to me. It's been 3 weeks and he's done nothing, and he never returned. When I asked for a refund today he said "sorry your 10 days are up." We hired him after reading an article about him in the Midland Daily News. Seemed legit. We figured we'd give a young business owner a shot.
