As in any weight loss program, if YOU do not want to make it work, it won't. First and foremost, YOU have to make this happen.

This gym is not a meat market and as a result, one doesn't often see people socializing around equipment keeping others from using it. When I arrived in grass Valley for my appointment he was not there and his colleague made multiple attempts to reach him. After about a half hour he answered the phone and said that he would be there immediately. When he arrived he seemed distracted, and it was apparent that he did not even realize he had a consultation that day. He hurried through his session with me and explained why I would need this particular blend of herbs and sent me on my way. It left a bad taste in my mouth and I canceled all future appointments. If you're going to be a practitioner you must take your practice seriously and treat clients with respect. I'm sure that he is good at what he does but I was not fortunate to have a quality first i

After spending 2 years in Covid quarantine then having a baby, I was at my all time heaviest weight…read moreand felt miserable. Over the years, I have tried many different diets and have had varying amounts of success. This time though, nothing was working. I just couldn't get started so, I gave ideal protocol a shot. First: Judy, is amazing. From our first contact and consult through my final appointments, she was supportive and helpful. She is genuine and caring, which made it feel like I had my very own personal weight loss coach. She responded to my texts quickly and gave kudos when I really needed it. The food: the food is mostly powdered and pre packaged. There are many options, most of which were good. When you get sick of the same old, Judy has recipe / cook books specifically tailored for the food to shake things up. Regimen: when I stuck to the perimeters of the diet, it worked. It's strict, and requires taking your own food with you on the go. But if committed, i found it manageable and worth it. Success: I lost ~30 lbs in 4 months. It was exactly what I needed. Thank you so much, Judy. I feel human human again!
