I've been here 3 times now and I've had different experiences each time. The first time was great and relaxing, which is why I went back. The next 2 times have been frustrating. When I go for a massage, I expect a full body massage: not 50 minutes if my back and then 1-2 minutes of every other limb. I'm likely not returning, as today I have constant pain that was noticed by the masseuse constantly asking if I was okay. I left with a more sore body than I arrived with, and a headache from the painful head massage I received. I paid for a 90 min FULL BODY MASSAGE, which I assumed meant head to toe and front to back like other places. I did not get the front of my body massaged at all like other places do. So you mean to tell me, for 90 minutes, she went up and down my back with her elbow, and that is what you consider a massage?! She didn't massage my feet, my thighs, or my shoulders, nothing. After she flipped me over, I assumed she had left the room to get something to finish my massage... NO, She was done, and I was lying in there for 10 minutes, confused as to why she didn't come back in yet. I am so unhappy with the quality of service I received, and I STILL TIPPED HER. Deserves 0 stars and now I understand why they require payment before services are rendered. I got a 90 minute full body massage. It was the WORST massage ever. The guy smelled horribly of cigarette smoke and rubbed the same body part over and over for a majority of the massage with no effort. He had no skill and used one forearm the vast majority of the massage. I finally told him okay move to the next body part. He didn't t understand so we used google translate and he then continued to do the same thing for the rest of the time for each body part. I left a $0 tip which is the only time in my life I ever haven't tipped. I would not return here even if they paid me. Choose ANY other massage place; this one is a total frustration and complete waste of money. read more

I dont know what happened to this place. I have been coming here since they opened probably about 10 years or so. I got a massage today with a gift certificate that my husband got me. It was awful. The guy that did it, i think didn't know what he was doing. Missed alot of the muscles in my shoulders. Also he didn't even put lotion on my feet when he was massaging them. The whole thing felt rushed and clumsy. Feeling bummed now i dont know where to go now for my massages so disappointed. read more

Ready for truth bombs?!? After the remodeling was done is when I started going for massage. I was a little upset at first due to slight language barrier but now I couldn't see myself going anywhere else!! My first appointment I said I wanted a deep tissue massage with a female therapist. After back and forth I showed up and ended up with Bruce, (obviously a male therapist). The owner explained me that Bruce was the best therapist to give deep tissue pressure. I explained my concerns and what I was NOT there for...Bruce was the BOMB therapist. Now Bruce is only there on occasion but I have found Tom. He is GREAT! Maybe I should have kept him my secret lol. Ok, one more truth bomb...I always wondered if this spa did BAD stuff which is why I explained I was NOT there for that and really felt weird even being there thinking bad stuff might be happening there. They have signs that tell you not to touch the therapist and to keep your hands to yourself, keep your underwear on etc. I just honestly thought it because of the way they dress there. Men in jeans and T-shirts, women in shorts and short shirts? I know I couldn't massage in jeans or risk ruining a cute shirt with massage oils. They would also wear heels sometimes. They know how to fix sore backs better than anyone anywhere I know, and frankly, since they don't speak english, it's all business and small talk. The masseuses are painfully polite, total professionals, and the massages are consistent. It doesn't matter who your masseuse is, you get almost the exact same experience with each person. It's a formula that works, for really reasonable prices. I am not sure how they can afford to give one hour massages for that price so I always tip 20-30% out of general principles. The neck and shoulders included some arms, hands (which I love) and head message. The message rooms and tables were very clean and comfortable. What I like about this place is you can usually call and get same Day appointment. They really do try to help with pain in my body. This time my neck was really bad from traveling on vacation. Young lady understood for most part what I wanted and once in for massage (sorry I did not get Gentleman name) he really was careful. Awful, awful experience, avoid at all costs - the person giving me a massage was not applying enough pressure - I said at least four times if he could apply more pressure and the pressure never changed - I essentially paid to get a lot of oil rubbed on me then taken off with a cold towel - never, ever returning again. read more

Had a great deep tissue massage at Bliss Spa in Perris. This is a great place if you are looking for a massage for a great price. The ambiance is nice and the massages are good. My deep tissue massage consisted of firm pressure and hot stones. Total price for one hour of deep tissue was $48. $55 if you include a 15% tip. Great price! The business is family owned by a nice Asian family and they are very polite and friendly. The place is clean and has nice spa music and dim lighting. The location is right next to Winco in Perris. They take walk ins and they are open later than many other massage places. This place is perfect for someone who wants a therapeutic or relaxation massage after a hard week of work and commuting and doesn't want to pay the prices of a day spa. I have been to many high end spas and asked for deep tissue massages in Orange County, Napa, Los Angeles and Las Vegas, and this massage here at Bliss is just as good, even better! So if that's what you like/need then no worries - I've only seen one one woman there who speaks English comfortably and she's actually my favorite therapist, her massages are perfect medium, stress relief pressure - This isn't an expensive establishment so dont expect it to be. - The therapists switch off randomly - My sister was grossed out because before they added individual sections her therapist massaged another person and didn't wash her hands before moving to her - One of the guys is really creepy, a friend and I left after interacting with him and getting a horrible vibe Its very hit or miss here but I say give it a try and be vocal about what you want.
