We listed with a different realtor a few days later, and it sold within one day, for well over the asking price! What does that say about Brennan? Brennan only wanted to accept offers that would benefit him. At one time he wanted us to accept an offer that had a suspicious issue. When we rejected it, he called us "Greedy". He actually called us that on more than one occasion....we strongly feel that Brennan only wanted t to accept offers from people that he could represent on both sides (buyer and seller). It seemed he would sit on our open house and look for people without an agent so he could benefit on both sides!. (And yet we were the ones called "Greedy?!?!). He downplayed all other offers. After selling our home within one day with the new fair and knowledgeable realtor, we feel that Brennan wasted our time, not to mention the fact that he never said anything positive about our home .
