My family and I had been looking for our "dream home" for approximately 6 months with a different agent, who we had to replace. Even with a low stock in homes, Autumn continued to check in on us and send us potential homes. She really listened to all our wants and made appropriate suggestions we hadn't considering. Finding our home was no easy task, especially in this crazy market, however she was extremely patient and supportive throughout the process. Escrow was quick and smooth. A few weeks ago my wife and I achieved our dream of owning a home. I am writing this review today…read morebecause I know that wouldn't be the case, and we'd still be looking and lost, if it weren't for Yara. Given that we are first time home buyers we knew almost nothing about the process, but Yara gave the extra effort to make sure we were fully informed and empowered. Even though I know we weren't her only clients, she definitely made us feel like she was 100% focused on our needs. And I'm sure this wasn't easy... I am a 501c3 executive and my wife is an attorney. We argue and evaluate argument for a living. This means we have a million questions, read all documents closely, and are naturally skeptical of people (especially people trying to sell things). There was never a question too dumb, and she was always available and quick to respond to any question or concern. Yara helped us to quickly find a house, and to vet the property and the people selling it. Whenever an issue arose (and many issues did arise) Yara always knew what to do, and actively held people responsible when needed. In short, from beginning to end, Yara walked us through the entire process and made us feel comfortable the whole time. This is SO IMPORTANT when you are spending this much money on an investment and a home. Yara was a fierce advocate for us and put unrivaled effort and energy in on our behalf. She worked extra hours so we could move on this house quickly, and was never unavailable to take a call or email. In a world filled with lukewarm people who have no follow through Yara's service really stood out. If you are buying or selling in LA, OC, or IE I highly suggest you call her. You will not regret it.

Naive of me, clearly, as my fiancé and I are now very happy homeowners. Yara went above and beyond starting on day 1 of meeting her. She is very detailed even from day 1, which is perfect because home buying is an extremely big step and making sure you have someone who knows all of the details in your ring is a huge plus. Most importantly, though, Yara very much cares about her clients and it really shows in the work she does. Not just as an agent representing homebuyers but also as someone who genuinely loves helping others find their perfect homes. Thank you thank you thank you. Yara will always be highly recommended by me to any of my friends searching for their homes.

Keyshae was the best realtor that we could have every had. She was very informative when it came to the process. She answered all our questions even the ones that we felt were dumb. We hear horror stories about realtors just trying to make a sell but this was the complete opposite. If your looking for a realtor I would 100% recommend her.
