Blissful indeed! I recently moved to the area, and wanted to paddle board. With some research and the luck of a yelp coupon, I happily scheduled a lesson with Paddle Board Bliss. They are so helpful with scheduling, and rescheduling (: The location is beautiful. I was worried to have my first lesson on the open ocean opposed to the Back Bay, but I am so glad I learned in the deep blue AND on a day with choppy waters! It really helped me overcome my fears of falling in, and oh..can I have a moment to gloat? I DIDN'T FALL IN MY FIRST TIME! Woot woot! wuu! AND I saw dolphins (and yes, when I saw that first dorsal fin I was scared shitless) I can't wait to go back this sat, and every sat till summer ends. Gotta love this company! I have rented boards from Paddle Board Bliss in the past at the Diver's Cove /Laguna Beach location several times, so when my 7 nieces and nephews decided that they wanted take an adventure, I knew who to call. I prefer to paddle in the ocean vs. the harbor because it is more challenging and provides the chance to see more wildlife. For example, the water depth in Diver's cove is 9-15 feet, so you can see the bottom and the various wildlife that inhabit the area including Garibaldi or giant orange fish. Since we were all comfortable in the water, we just rented boards for 60-minutes instead of taking a lesson. This worked out fine and I ended up leading the group to seal rock, which was a blast! We were hoping to see dolphins, but had no such luck. Keep in mind that if this is your first time paddle boarding in the ocean, you may get sea sick like my sister LB. Luckily, she is a physician and knew how to handle herself. During the summer months the cost of renting a board is roughly $30, and$10 for each additional hour, which is kind of expensive, but well worth it. read more

I have been spoiled I definitely - I am only going to paddleboard off of Diver's Cove from now on! Thanks to Paddleboard Bliss - I've been exposed to such an amazing location. The water was clear, the kelp picturesque, water was calm - everything was in great condition. We paddlers out and used the kelp to anchor us during the yoga session, brilliant?!?! Taylor was a great instructor, calm voice and just so chill that her energy radiated such positivity. I can't wait to rent from her again! I can't be too picky about a company that has almost full dependency on natural settings aka the waves. I bought a living social deal with a friend in Feb (almost 7 months ago)? But didn't get to use it until September because we were cancelled about 3 times. It's because the waves were so strong that we weren't able to get out into the ocean. I wish I had known that before I bought the deal. It's not the company's fault but it was definitely frustrating scheduling, rescheduling, clearing schedules and then having cancelled plans.. Etc. However Bliss was very generous and extended our expiration date so we could go later. CLASS: Other than the fact that the waves were still a bit strong, it was a blast! I actually struggled to paddle straight and had to take many detours. Unfortunately we weren't able to go see the sea otters (sad!) but I had a great and beautiful view of Laguna Beach! Instructor was super nice but she seemed to be a little upset at the end when we asked for pictures haha (I'm not sure why?). TIPS: - I also would bring a waterproof camera or even one of those disposables that are water resistant to get some awesome pics! My group was only able to take some at the end but I really wanted some when I was out I was out in the water! - Wear lots is sunblock - Bring a hat! - Don't forget to bring cash to tip your instructors :) - Def recommend Laguna over Newport if you're looking for a more scenic paddleboarding experience. If I could give zero stars I would...the service was so bad that it made me sign up for a yelp account to warn others to save their time and find a better place to learn to paddle board. A friend and I made a reservation for a lesson, which was canceled due to high winds and rescheduled for the next day at 9:30am. We got a bit turned around and called to get directions and got the company's voicemail, and when we arrived at the beach we found our instructor teaching another lesson. Instead of apologizing for double booking, we were met with attitude and fed a bunch of conflicting excuses and told we must not have been clear that we were coming (last time I checked rescheduling for the next day and saying see you tomorrow is clear). My advice - save your time and book with a better organized company. read more

We tried Paddle Board Bliss in Laguna Beach when we moved to Laguna Beach and we were not disappointed. Diver's Cove is a perfect place to launch from and they had all of the boards at the bottom of the stairs waiting for us. On the phone they were extremely pleasant and helpful and in person exactly the same. We have brought many friends and family to Paddle Board Bliss and everyone of our friends and family have had a wonderful time. Paddling and renting from them was actually the first time we saw dolphins and seals while paddle boarding in Laguna Beach and it was amazing. One time we even had a fun time singing a few songs on the water and try a few yoga poses. Definitely would recommend them if you're in Laguna Beach looking for paddle boarding. read more

My friend and I purchased a Living Social voucher for a half day board rental. After several attempts to schedule an appointment, I was told that a lesson is required for first time paddlers in open water. Now, the half day rental deal is for $22 and the lesson with 2 hours of paddle is $25. I asked if we can switch to the lesson and 2 hour paddle and the girl I spoke to said I would have to pay a $25 transfer fee???!! This was NOT listed in the fine prints that a lesson was required or that there will be a $25 fee for it. Secondly, I asked if we can rent the beginner boards and was told that the beginner boards are never available as they are reserved for people taking the lessons only. What the heck? All in all, I would make this suggestion to PBB. Just because a customer purchases your voucher at a deal, it does not mean they do not deserve the top customer service. On the contrary, they should receive the best customer service because these people are your potential customers! And I'm sorry to say PBB but you have lost two more customers. And also all of my friends and some people reading this review. There are many businesses in Laguna Beach that offer much more options, flexibility,and just as good deals. read more

PBB isn't based out of a building where people can stop by any time to rent or schedule a lesson, and pricing is rigid and employees monitor the exact minute you depart and arrive: Paddle Board Bliss is a group of girls who genuinely LOVE paddleboarding and want other people to try it and to fall in love with it as well. The person who gave a 1-star review sounds like they were looking for something more strictly regulated, which seems to me at odds with the laid-back nature of the sport. Boot camp and lessons are held on the beach in Fisherman's Cove, which is the best spot to launch from in all of Orange County because there are really no waves and the sea life is incredible! Taylor, Beth, Kisha, and Alyssa are all really nice and helpful, and genuinely want other people to have a great time and to master the sport. They are all really laid-back and offer helpful suggestions on how to improve your technique and balance. Classes are small so you get a lot of personalized attention from your instructor, which is nice. Paddleboards range from really big easy beginner boards that are great to learn on, up to shorter boards that are surprisingly more difficult for the more advanced paddleboarder. You do not have to be athletic to try this sport: I have about the worst gym resolve in the universe and I was able to do this and get a good workout without even feeling like I was working out. On the contrary, you're getting a great anaerobic workout and the sounds of the ocean are super zen + relaxing. The BEST part about PBB and the sport in general is the sea life. Fisherman's Cove has a ton of bright orange garibaldi fish that are easily visible, and every time I go out I will see whales, dolphins, or sea lions in the water. SO AWESOME! I definitely recommend PBB to anybody interested in learning how to paddleboard. It's the best location, the instructors are all super nice, and the boards are great to learn on for all ages and body types. read more

Found on Google, looking for paddle board yoga, found it...great! Created acct online, paid (78-) and booked. Found out about 4 days prior that my companion can't swim (who knew, so much for being spontaneous). Regardless I canceled the water yoga and booked beach yoga...didn't receive any sort of cancel response nor rebook response but let's be fair and say I'm a imbecile & it's my fault. The day prior I called to discuss the issue and clearly state I wished to sign up for a beach yoga class only...the person who answered the phone was very nice and assured me in a yoga sort of way that it would all work out and be taken care of albeit in a "the universe will sort it all out vs. I'm on it" sort of way...ok, maybe I'm being too uptight and just need to roll with it (as I did). Then I realized know where on the website did it have a meet point! I called back to say "clumsy me" I'm not sure which beach/address in that area I was to meet up at. Again, person answering "very nice btw" stated " they didn't know either as locations are different " & if they could call me back...of course was my reply and stated they could also simply text the location (which they finally did later that day). Ok, sweet....I'm all set, right? Not so much...my spot was at 9am and at 8am I received a text asking me to confirm (ok...I've already paid but whatever, normal enough). I text at 10 min till 9am asking if we were to meet in lobby location or beach itself? Was told on beach, which we were and waiting...was text back instructor would be there. Waited till 9:15am, no text, no instructor, no call. Ok, let's just say for the sake of argument I'm demanding jerk...like I donna no, make a appt, pay, be there on time and have a no show...where's my yogi spirt!!!! Just want my money back (which I'm sure will be no issue)...but come on man! I could have been doing a lot of other things first thing in the am. Customer service: Taylor, the owner and founder of PBB, contacted us to schedule a lesson for our group. They are a fairly new company and Taylor and Kisha have been very helpful in trying to get the scheduling mix-up resolved and get us set up. Taylor and Kisha are really nice and work very hard to help make sure you have a good experience. They are fun, encouraging, and supportive as instructors. Taylor also went back into the water to help guide one of our group members back to shore because she was drifting towards the cliffs (see below for details). I would give them 4-5 stars for their customer service. Paddleboarding: As for the paddle board experience itself, it was a fun but tiring and challenging experience. It takes a lot of upper body strength to paddle out to sea against the waves and becomes quite tiring when you have the wind working against you. Finding your balance and standing up is quite an experience but it takes practice and very good balance if the water is not calm. Most of our group ended up paddling on our knees most of the time so make sure to stretch out beforehand or you will end up with sore ankles and legs. A couple of the guys in our group saw dolphins swimming along the coast, which was a really fun experience. The major drawback of paddleboarding at Fisherman's Cove is that you have cliffs on your left and a pretty large rock bed straight in front of the cove. You have to make sure to paddle out and then immediately head towards the left or you will get caught in the rocks and/or drift towards the cliff. If the waves are working against you (as it was for us), you will naturally drift right if you don't paddle faster than the waves. Overall, I would give paddleboarding in Laguna Beach 2-3 stars. Lesson: We started with a 15 minute intro on land with the basics of paddle boarding and then got into the water. There were 6 people in the lesson. The instructors led our group out and took photos (which they post onto Facebook) as people tried to stand but then they left us on our own after about 30 minutes. We purchased a voucher for a 2 hour paddleboard tour (Sup Lesson and Tour on their website), which is supposed to be a lesson followed by a tour with the instructor. Although I had checked to make sure that we were signed up for the tour, I think we were given the SUP Glide and Go (30 minute lesson with the remaining time on your own). We had purchased the tour because one member of our party cannot swim and we wanted to have an instructor around while we were in the ocean. The non-swimmer told the instructor that he couldn't swim but they didn't seem to think it was a big deal. Be aware that PBB does not provide life jackets and that the boards do not have a leash on them. It can be pretty challenging to get back to your board or to retrieve your paddle if you are not a strong swimmer. We went on a Saturday afternoon and it was kind of windy which made it very challenging to stay/stand on the paddleboard. Ironically, it was the swimmers in our group that had a tough time in the water. One person in our group lost his oar after he fell off his paddle board and it took awhile before the instructor noticed and helped him get his paddle. Another person in our group fell off the board and her board floated away and some kayakers nearby and the lifeguards came out on a boat to help her get her board back. The non-swimmer was afraid of falling in and losing his board (especially after seeing everyone else struggle) so he just paddled kneeling after the instructors had left. It was really hard to fight the wind so everyone stayed fairly close to Fisherman's cove and came back to shore after 30 minutes or so. Taylor offered a complimentary 1 hour weekend or 2 hour weekday paddleboard rental to make up for the time. I realize that the lessons can only teach so much but I am a bit concerned that the lesson and safety precautions are not sufficient for weaker swimmers or for people that will be paddleboarding on their own. It would be helpful if the lessons or registration process provided more information on safety precautions (i.e. bring a life jacket) or to provide stronger caution against paddling/drifting towards the rock bed and cliffs. We were fortunate that there were other people around and Taylor and Kisha were able to see everyone from shore since we didn't go very far. I would give the lesson and safety precautions 2-3 stars. Overall, the girls at PBB are great and I would recommend experienced paddleboarders or strong swimmers to rent or do lessons with them. Newbies and weaker swimmers should be a little more cautious and try to schedule a time when the water is calm. We will give paddleboarding another try with the vouchers but we will probably be bringing life vests this time. If I could go back and do it again, I would probably start with paddleboarding in still water before trying it in the ocean. read more

I don't want to tell you how great this place is because then you'll go there. And then it won't be my secret spot. And then you'll be a bastard and swipe my parking spot. Ok, fine...I'll tell you why you should go here: 1. The cove where you get the boards is a beautiful hidden spot in Laguna. 2. The people working for Paddle Board Bliss are super cool. Especially Taylor. 3. You have to call to reserve the boards a day in advance, then pay over the phone. So when you get to the beach, you just grab the boards and go. 4. It's easy to find. 5. Parking does suck if you go on a weekend. 6. The boards were waiting on the sand for us. We didn't have to carry them anywhere. 7. The water was clear and clean. 8. We were able to get really close to seals and dolphins. Like some Discovery Channel/National Geographic sh*t. Screw shark week. This was WAY better. 9. There were only a few other people in the water so if felt like a private beach. Overall, this has been the best spot in Laguna. Now go paddle it up but don't take my parking spot. Just got done with a lesson and tour, and had to let you all know how wonderful it was! My instructor (can't remember her name, but she was SO sweet & teaches yoga too) was kind & knowledgable. We took off from Diver's Cove in Laguna and it's a gorgeous spot. It was nice to not have to lug the board around and have that done...quite the luxury! We saw a rock island full of sun bathing seals, and a pod of dolphins fishing in the kelp. I can surf, but it's worth it to take the class to be able to ask all those *stupid* questions you know you want to ask if you've never done something before. I'd use them again to rent boards and would whole heartedly recommend them for any lessons. Make sure you load up on sunscreen and I'd also recommend a hat. While it's not required, don't forget to tip your instructors. I'm sure they appreciate it and deserve the little bonus! read more

I'd give zero stars if I could. Taylor, is extremely unprofessional and a liar. I booked a class via ClassPass only to have Taylor text me at 6am the day of the class (the class is at 10AM) asking if I can come the next day instead. She did not wait for my response and canceled the 10AM class, without reason. Taylor blamed the cancel on rain... except it wasn't raining at all, it was a beautiful day. I live in Newport only about half a mile from the location, not sure why she'd lie about the weather. I will be reporting this unprofessionalism to class pass. read more

My first experience with bliss about 5 years ago was great, did a 2 hour paddleboarding session in Laguna Beach, and used a living social deal ($20 for 2 hours) I have another living social deal that was gifted to me and I just got off the phone with Taylor (owner) and she said I can only use it for Newport or San Diego, even though the voucher clearly says Laguna Beach. So if you don't want to paddleboard in the polluted bay, do not purchase any groupon or living social deals from this company. I'll be contacting living social about this as well. Wow. What an awesome experience! I took 2 of my friends here yesterday for their birthdays and we had the BEST time ever! First, Taylor helped make the reservation process easy. Second, it was awesome just to show up at the beach and have the boards there. Three, Andrew, our instructor was awesome and very timely. Fourth, the equipment was clean, in great shape, and easy to use. Fifth, the location is AMAZING!! So pretty and secluded. Sixth, the weather was ridiculously nice! And the visibility was crazy! We saw so many fish and seals! We didn't want to get off the boards! One of the best and most fun and relaxing experiences! I would recommend this place to EVERYONE! Plus their rates are awesome! We absolutely LOVED our first paddle boarding experience! We took my cousin out as kind of a graduation gift this past Sunday afternoon and we are now hooked. It was our first time trying paddle boarding and I'm not the biggest fan of the ocean so I was pretty scared and intimidated at first. But she quickly gave us a few pointers and helped us onto our boards and we were off! I stayed on my knees until I got out of the cove because it was a bit choppy. I got lucky because the first time I tried getting up I was able to balance and not fall in! I only fell in once the entire time and we went out twice that day. My fiance and I are pretty active and "sporty" so it was very easy for us. But we had 3 other people boarding with us and they all fell numerous times, 2 just ended up paddling sitting down the entire time because they couldn't balance but still enjoyed it! It was a very peaceful experience and we saw a lot of little fishies in the kelp forests and also had a little sea lion friend swimming next to us :) Hopefully next time we can see some dolphins! We are already planning to do it again this upcoming weekend with a different group of friends. I am recommending this place to everyone. A great experience paddle boarding at Laguna Beach. The swells were pretty high that day, about 3 to 4 feet. So for those with a queasy stomach, you might get a little seasick standing on your board bobbing up-and-down. However the beautiful turquoise waters and kelp forest below you, along with lounging see lions and a wonderful view from far out in the ocean makes the experience a memorable one. The owners of this company bring the paddle boards down to the waterfront and help you launch out. At first it takes practice standing. I wasn't expecting paddle boarding to be as challenging as it was but eventually I stood up and stayed standing after a few falls in the water. Make sure to wear sunscreen and you can. even pack a lunch and a waterproof bag because you can just sit on your board in the middle of the ocean and have a sandwich. With Six first-timers and two small children in our group we didn't know what to expect. We were all running late due to high beach traffic and parking situation. Tip: plan to spend about 30 min for parking and doubling travel time once you get to PCH on a beautiful weekend when everyone is trying to get to the beach. :) Even though we were running super late, Taylor, our instructor tried to accommodate us. She was so sweet and always smiling trying to help and teach us. Also, two party members were not able to launch because of safety issues and again Taylor stepped up to accommodate us. The time we had being instructed and playing were just amazing. My husband commented on how Much he loved the Bliss boards. They made him feel safer and more confident because they were of such high quality. No questions asked, Bliss made our day most memorable with their customer service and knowledge of paddle boarding and ability to teach. This was my first time doing stand-up paddleboarding, and Taylor and her crew at Bliss made it easy, starting with the convenient delivery of the board to the beach (including hefting it down and up the steep stairs). Add the flexibility to take the board out and explore, and just the general easy-going vibe of the staff and the whole experience is great. The location is perfect - a sheltered cove to get you on the board and comfortable, easy access to the nearby kelp beds where you can see shoals of fish and bright orange garibaldis. At one point a seal surfaced about 10 feet away - so close that I could hear it breathing! I enjoyed it so much I went again the next day - that should be all you need to know! read more

Well it fell short of a five star experience but here is why. I reserved a spot for Saturday the between 11:30-12 along with two other friends. Because I haven't driven to divers cove for awhile I will be honest I sorta took the longer way down Pacific coast highway causing us to be late by about ten minutes. We called to inform them but as we got tree they were already gone. A courtesy call would of been great or letting us know they will hang on for this much longer or tell the people wanting to take our spot that it's reserved. Come on reserved means reserved you don't just give it away especially if your paying client is only a 5 to ten minutes late. So that threw us in a bad mood for a little bit but at least we were at the beach. So I brought my snorkel stuff and chilled with the wild life as my friends chilled by the beach waiting for the paddleboard people to come back. As soon as he got back he apologizes and got us to go out. It was fun while we were out. Explored some kelp paddies and got pretty far from the shore. After that they gave us a discount which was nice but time is something you can never get back. Time is the most valuable thing that's why so many employers pay us for our time to do something they need help on. So I just wish they could of said hold up to the other people who didn't reserve and let us get the paddleboards since we did the responsible thing and planned ahead and reserved it. But it wasn't too terrible so I give them a C grade read more

Incredible experience. Beautiful Southern California March day (I procrastinate). I signed up with 3 friends for an introduction class and 1.5 hour tour. The girls that run the show arrived early and greeted us on the beach when we arrived. All were outgoing, friendly, and professional. We went over safety, body positioning on the boards, and maneuvering while on and off them. It is a must before you venture out into the ocean. We got 3 paddle boards, and yes, they have some big boards that can accommodate 2 adults. I chose to paddle solo. I had the right amount of nerves and will and after a few seconds of paddling out through the initial waves I balanced myself into the stand up stance. It was exhilarating and relaxing at once. I have been out in the ocean many times before, but the SUP experience is unlike any other. I enjoyed the tour with PBB, location, time with my friends, and peace I felt. So PBB, like others mentioned isn't based out of a building. So when I went to Laguna Beach I went down the wrong staircase (Diver's Cove) and couldn't find her (she is located near Fisherman's Cove). Well I called the owner and directed me where to meet her. So sweet, and had the cutest dog!! My boyfriend and I ended up renting the paddleboards and paddles for an hour for $25 bucks each. You can pay with card with her iphone credit card swipe. The owner was so nice, she told us where we could paddle to see animal life and coves. She even talked to us a great deal about where we've paddleboarded before. The paddleboards are awesome quality and do well in the ocean! I had a blast!! read more

I've rented paddleboards from PBB a few times now, and I love them. Their location is great- fishermans cove is a calm and beautiful spot with great routes to paddle both north to seal rock and south to main beach. They meet you on the beach with gear ready to go-this is way different than other SUP rentals in Laguna who make you carry gear from PCH all the way down the cliffs... I've been exhausted before even starting with those other guys. Kisha at PBB is super nice and is all about making sure you feel equipped and comfortable with your gear and on the boards. My husband and I took two friends for a lesson with kisha this last weekend and they loved it! We saw seals, fish, crabs, and various seasnail in the kelp forest and I can't wait to go again with PBB soon. As a local, PBB is my preferred SUP rental spot! read more

We had a blissful paddle board experience with Taylor! The cove was gorgeous, easy to find, and Taylor is so sweet and helpful in figuring out how to use a paddle board. We made a reservation to rent paddle boards instead of having a tour so she explained it well so I could get up on my own. She even helped me launch because I was nervous I wouldn't be able to get on. :P The scenery is stunning in south OC and we saw dolphins and sea lions. I along with 4 other people arranged a paddle board rental with bliss, and although we had a blast, there were a few inefficiencies. The price is very fair- we paid $35 per person for an hour and a half of boarding. The girls there were so sweet and helpful. They were just chill Californians with a great attitude, so it was nice dealing with them. The problem came when they only had 2 of our 5 boards available. They assured us that a family would be coming in and we would have the boards soon. 30 minutes later, we continues to watch 3 of our family members use their boards while we waited for that family. What was frustrating was that there was no way for these girls to signal to this family that their time was up. Simple solution, get a few colored flags, one for each group renting the boards, and wave them when the allotted time has expired. It would make the service more efficient and they could probably get more appointments in a day. Overall we had a great time since they gave us some extra time to make up for not having all the boards. read more

My husband and I scheduled through our hotel the Inn at Laguna. We have never done it before, the van we had to meet at was super sketchy and the guy was unable to open the van for most of the time (wasn't his fault). The guy was nice but wasn't able to get the paddle boards out of the van. Then when he did he gave me one and my husband a small one. When we went out my husband learned that the board was way to small, more was a surf board so he paddled back to switch out the board, then couldn't find the guy because the guy had to repark the van. So it took my husband a while to find him and switch out the paddle board. Finally we paddle board and have some fun, we get done and these two guys in the beach who own another paddle board company inform us that we had no fins on our board which explains why it was so difficult to go anywhere. Came here with a group of my friends and we had a blast! Taylor was so friendly and helpful, and we got going right away. The location is absolutely beautiful, located in a little cove with tide pools and kelp forests. We saw some dolphins right outside the cove and also witnessed a baby elephant seal being released back into the ocean on the beach. All in all a wonderful experience! A friend said he got a deal on line to go paddle boarding. It was something I have wanted to try for a long time. The van was a few minutes late and I thought oh crap here we go. But the guy apologized for being late and got us on the beach and into the water quickly so no beg deal. After all it's Sunday morning at the beach. This was my first time on a paddle board and every aspect of the paddling adventure was awesome. Great equipment, Nice people, beautiful day, Great location. Amazing! I went on a paddle and eco tour with Andrew and it was great. He knew his stuff, took us to see the seals and educated me on the ocean. When my husband fell off, he quickly paddled over to him to make sure he was ok. Definitely recommend it!! I also did SUP Yoga training with Taylor and she is the kindest, most genuine person. She is the quintessential California girl and will make you want to be one too. Doing downward facing dog, in the middle of the pacific on a paddle board, spotting dolphins...will change your life. PBB is awesome! Kisha was patient and very helpful. She helped my son and I to be able to paddle board. fishermans cove was a great location and I loved it! I would definitely go again! The marine preserve is a great place to see the wildlife and paddleboard. Lots of marine life! My son who is 10 wasn't even afraid of paddle boarding because of Kisha. Great Job! Paddle Board Bliss was one of the best experiences I have had! This was my second time paddle boarding, and my boyfriends first, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Not only does this company stand alone in outstanding service, very personable, and outstanding rates, but overall they are super professional and friendly. I have used another paddle board company before for my first time, and it was a terrible experience in comparison to paddle board bliss. With paddle board bliss, our boards were waiting for us on the beach and we were given full freedom for that day. It was an absolute blast, beautiful location, and we also saw dolphins. And lots of them!!! I highly recommend this company if you are looking for a fun, and relaxing day out paddle boarding. To put it simple, the sun is free, the fun is free, and you can't afford to pass this opportunity up. Bliss's location couldn't be more engulfed in the heart of the American-French riviera (Laguna Beach). Their staff (we had the honor of being served by the ever so laid back yet sea-wise Taylor) who set us up right there on the sand where seconds later we were hangin' w/ the dolphins and seals. I can't even express how thrilled I am that I bought that Living Social Deal about two years ago. I am even MORE excited that I pushed the butterflies back down as I went out for my first paddle boarding experience on that chilly day and conquered the waves to encounter my bliss. From that day on I couldn't wait to get back out on the water. If plan it or if I am just hanging out at the cove and decide I want to go out for a bit they are there with a board (if they have an extra one). Taylor, Dakota and Amy are so friendly, knowledgeable, easy going and there to help from giving you a shove out, questions, yoga moves to directing you back in to shore on a busy beach day. I've rented from Paddle Board Bliss on numerous occasions, referred friends that have had the same experience I have. The Boards are nice.. Not beat up nasty things like the ones I have rented from other places. I love their boards so much I bought one (umm.... YAY!!). I would say that I am sad that I won't be seeing them as often, but I will be back to rent with (or for) friends and for a Paddle Board Yoga Sess as much as I can. read more

Paddle Board Bliss is really as good as it gets. I first contacted Paddle Board Bliss a few months ago after seeing so many paddle boarders out on the water while I was kayaking. Right from the start Taylor made the experience a blissful one. Scheduling was a breeze, the prices are easily the best in the area, and the cove we paddled out from was gorgeous. The rental boards and paddles were top notch; all in great condition with no dings or scratches. I was greeted with warm weather, calm water, and a beautiful view both above and below the surface. After my first experience I was eager to go back out, this time with a larger group of boarders. Again Taylor was great and scheduling a trip for 7 people was no problem. I have really fallen in love with paddle boarding, and Paddle Board Bliss will always be my go to location. Everything from their rentals to their classes are amazing, and I would recommend them to friends and strangers alike without hesitation.
