There was one massive catalogue but I'm sure nobody will spend time flicking through all of that and it's not the same as seeing the blind in real life. I liked their range as they had some blinds where you can twist a stick to open and others that are pulled. Customer service makes a big difference but it didn't here because there wasn't any! I was making lots of noise but nobody came. In fact the poster saying to do fitting gave me more information about the blinds than anything! The prices weren't advertised but that's probably good because blinds can be expensive.

Having looked a several bi folding door companys online,we came across this company and had a look…read morearound there website and they looked very professional and we liked the look of there product.Me and my hubby are always cautious buying online as we have had problems before,so we wanted to tread very carefully.Having obtained a quote online which we found very competative compared to a lot of other companys out there,we decided we would give them a call for more information.I have to say the person we spoke to was very helpfull indeed as me or my husband was not at all familiar with bi folding doors,we also got invited over to go and take a look at the product so we could see the doors and different options.We took them up on this and went over to view there doors along with another company as we wanted to kill 2 birds with one stone while we were in the area.Upon arrival we met the director who was more than happy to explain everything to us and run us through there doors,having operated the doors and had a feel of the operation and quality we could see the difference in build quality compared to the previous company we had just visited.Straight away we placed an order for a 4 section set of doors and said we would get the doors in 2 weeks as we had plasterers booked in for our extention a few days later,so time and date was very important to us.Once there survey guy had came out he run through the order with us he also arranged the date for installation.Getting very excited(well me not so much my hubby!)it was the day the doors were going to be installed,i have to say the installers where late not there fault however and they gave me a call to say they where which i thought was very good of them.The installers were excellent,very efficient and obviously new what they were doing as from start to finish took them 2 hours,once they had finished they ran throught the operation of the doors with us and made sure i was happy and i was indeed.These doors have transformed the way our house looks and we havnt had one issue with the doors.Overal the experience we have had with windoorcareuk from start to finish has been great and i would reccomend them to anyone looking to purchase bi folding doors. carol and david

From the very start, Steve was punctual and precise in his dealings with me. My sofas were taken in a state that could be best described as "ready for the tip". Steve and his colleague Jane moved everything for me and even helped with advice on what would work best when giving our sofas a new lease of life. Our entire suite (which seats up to 10 people) was recovered and rejuvenated in no time at all. The quality of Steve and Jane's work is simply the best. Our suite was returned to us looking as good as new. When I considered what they looked like before going to Steve, the finished result was nothing short of a miracle. Entering the store you are greeted on your left by a jewellers, and on your right by a shoe repair service; And at the back of the store lies a clothes alteration department. If you are a new customer, from my perspective, you're not sure exactly what to look at first, but I'm guessing that all three areas have built up their own regular shoppers, who know exactly what they are after. I love the independence of each, and the way they have survived by supporting each other. All three staff members are also very friendly, and the store feels warming, homely and old fashioned when compared to corporate businesses. The jewellers section also stocks a variation of unusual gifts too. From Betty Boop mugs and clocks collections (which are perfect for any enthusiast), to metal money boxes and watches. So it's a great place to buy presents for somebody. Or simply get your shoe repaired.
These guys are a great example of not giving in to the big, corporate bullies. When the Swan…read morecentre was sold to Tesco they effectively lost their small, independent businesses as they had nowhere to trade. Instead of accepting that they joined forces, found a nearby shop and trade as a collective. They had been at The Swan for nearly 20 years but wouldn't have been able to afford the rent on a property individually. The result is an extremely successful, wonderful and quirky arrangement that delivers three businesses for the price of one. There is a key cutter and cobbler, a jeweller and a haberdashery. The services they offer also include engraving and clothes alterations. All three businesses are friendly, helpful and normally cost very little. If you need one of these services and are looking for a bargain then this is the place for you.
