After his bath, Echo was given a treat since he was so well behaved. I'm sure we'll be back when he's ready for another bath and we have time to give him one! Haha!

For food that was paid for. Let me reiterate- the food was paid for and the pickup person matched the listed pickup person. They claimed this was a store policy. We wasted valuable time heading out of town dealing with this, and he had to go back for the dog food with a photo of the card used to pay.

Do you realize that this IS a pet store? It's GOING to smell. If it didn't smell at all, I would be concerned. Secondly--the heat. YES it's hot in there. It's hot in there for the animals purpose. If you are going in there, surely you have knowledge of reptiles and some fish. They require warmth. With as many heat lamps as these folks have, of course it's going to be fairly warm. Suck it up. Thirdly, the care of the animals. I read several talking about "subpar care" and "horrible living conditions." I would like to address this specifically-- A LOT of the animals in there are SURRENDERED in those conditions TO THE STORE. Imagine finding a rescued animal in bad shape, and you go and give it to them. It's not going to magically revive it's health and feel better. GIVE THEM A BREAK. Most of these reviews seem like they are from people who actually don't know a thing about rescue, surrender, or animals in general. Granted, there are a few things that need to change. Maybe it could be a tad cleaner, but I also try to give them grace that they are indeed trying to keep hundreds of animals alive. Seth was AWESOME. He was so genuinely kind, sweet and friendly. My son asked him several questions and the patience he showed my very inquisitive 8 year old was honestly so sweet and kind. Of course, I'll be back.

My humans took me to Avondale Brewery on Saturday afternoon, and the Fetch truck was there. I didn't know there was such a thing. A food truck that is just for me and my four-legged friends! I went with a step above what is considered a summer cut . In my opinion , it took off too much hair. I just know what to request on the next visit in 6 to 8 weeks. Maybe longer since the cut was shorter than what I envisioned it would be. Due to COVID 19, there are operating with curbside only. Prior to my visit here , I downloaded their app. Unfortunately, appts can't be scheduled on the app and payments aren't accepted either. Still trying to figure out the purpose of the app , but I'm sure it has it's benefits to some. I like that TDS offers a variety of services for pets and that they are conveniently located right off Hwy 11.
