I had arranged for another company to measure for plantation shutters for my living room. I got…read moremeasurements and quotes from 2 different vendors and both were wayyy out of reason. I know these are expensive, but knew I could do better. I contacted Budget Blinds and Scott Rowley came out within a couple of days. The quote as approx $2000 lower than either of the other 2 vendors. Meanwhile, the same 'other' company had measured for shades for my kitchen. This process started in April, and after sending their guy out 2 more times to remeasure, they contacted me mid-July to say that they were going to need to cancel the order, refund the purchase and start over. (I told them 'Hell, no! Cancel, refund and I'm walking away). I contacted Scott again and he was out in just a few days to measure. I'm getting a better product, plus the confidence Budge Blinds will get it right...and I will be calling them when I'm ready to do the rest of the house.
