Absolutely wonderful experience with Blevins Bros. Inc. during my recent trade! I can't say enough about how kind, courteous, and professional the staff were! My salesman, John Wilson, took such good care of me. Although I've been a pretty loyal customer for many years, I was nervous going into this process on my own, as my husband, who is now deceased, always handled these matters. I did my homework and had a number in mind that I was hoping to get on my trades (I was trading in two old vehicles to purchase one new one). Be careful of what you take to Blevins Bros Inc in Ogdensburg because 1 of their mechanics is a thief and liar. Last October I brought my 2500 Dodge Ram to have the snow tires put on. I gave them a gallon zip lock bag 3/4 full of the steel lug nuts and 4 snow tires mounted on steel rims. When I picked up my truck, I got my 4 aluminum rim tires and a 1/3 full zip lock bag of the long lug nuts for Aluminum rims. I Counted the nuts because these bigger nuts were taking up less space and only had 20 lug nuts (Truck requires 32). I called the Service Dept and was told that the Mechanic said he stripped 12 lug nuts taking them off and threw them away even though my work order had clear instructions not to throw anything away. My word against them, what can I do. This spring, I go to put my aluminon rim summer tires on and the lug nuts given back to me are the wrong size. (my truck requires 9/16" and these are 1/2") I call the service Dept manager Dave. He tells me that the mechanic now says that the lug nuts I gave him were the wrong size and he used the ones on the truck. If I want to replace my missing lug nuts I would have to buy them. He has no reply as to why the Mechanic has 2 completely different stories. Why there are the steel nuts (that were in the bag I gave them) are on my truck instead of the shiny lug nuts used on aluminum rims. Doesn't care that I had a zip lock bag full of lug nuts that is now only 1/3 full. If they were the wrong size, the bag should still be just as full. If you bring them anything to be changed, make sure you take pictures or you will be out what they steal from you. Note: the lug nuts that were stole cost $12.20 each before taxes. That is $421.63 after taxes additional it cost me to have snow tires changed at Blevins. read more

We spend 6 months in Florida so purchased our last Chrysler there. I made an appointment to have this dealership take care of a recall on our vehicle, drove 10 miles there, and then was told that now they would only service cars that were purchased there. If that's the case they should not have a national franchise. Very disappointed. read more

We bought a used car from them. We were told that it was never in accident. Made what we thought was a fair deal. We noticed that the drivers door wasn't shutting right. Went back and show them. They told use that it was the rubber on the bottom of the door. This is after they tried to adjust the door. We wait well they tried to fix it. Said it was fixed. We tried the door still wasn't fixed. Told us that they could replace the hinges but that it would cause more problems. We took it to a car repair shop we use. He said that the door had been replaced and hing was sprung. When I called them they said it had not been in an accident that they would show me the car fax. Told them we wanted the hing replace made appointment. Called to confirm how long it would take. Said the appointment was to just to adjust the door. The service guy then told me when I asked about the door had been replaced. They had did the repairs and replaced the doors. We have another appointment to replace hinges. Be careful the car fax dose not show if it was not reported to insurance company! read more
