We ended up spending over and hour browsing. Although I did not find the specific bowl I was looking for I did find a cute angel music box for my daughter for only $7. The prices were a tad higher than some smaller shops but still not exorbitant. However, I do like that it's really reasonably priced - I just bought a large globe of the Earth (fairly recent too) for just 12 dollars. The staff also has a great knowledge of the contents of the store, and if you ask them a vague-ish question (i.e. Chinese objects/clothing for a cultural lesson on the Chinese New Year), they're able to point you in a very specific direction. Also, this is the location of the annual Galesburg Chocolate Festival. For less than the price of a movie ticket you can go in and sample basically chocolate anythings to your heart's content.

We had masks, I was preparing to sign in, and would have even taken my purse to the car, but the woman was obnoxious and we took her advice and left. This was a bizarre experience. Ive been there many times and enjoyed browsing. I won't be going back.
