I started my day thinking wow driving school for 8 hours what a boring day this is going to be. I arrive with some snacks for the class cause i knew i would need something to keep me woke for 8 hours, I was greeted by Mrs Helen with a big smile on her face like she was so happy to be there, I took my seat in front row so i could see. Once the class started I said to my self oh this is gonna be great, Mrs Helen had everyone involved in every aspect, No one and I mean no one went to sleep Ive been to driving school before but not like Mrs Helen class she was excited to see that everytime she ask a question everyone wanted to talk at the same time with different answers, sometimes all of us was wrong with our answer she would say nope wrong answer and that's illegally and we just laugh I learn a lot in this class that I did not know, Her demostration was very amazing it keep the class woke and involved If you ever have to go to driving school please go to Blessed driving school and make sure the instructor is Mrs Helen This class will have you thinking wow so glad I went I actually learned something, the 8 hours really goes fast in Mrs Helen class. I may even take her class again just for some extra points. read more

When I first realized I had to go to driving school, I was reminiscing about how boring and long my friends said there class was. However, as soon as I walk into class at Blessed Driving School I felt welcomed. We were all offered some of what he believe was "the best donuts you would ever taste." Mr. Smith exhibited an eclected style of teaching, which all of them is entertaining and informative. He calls on you by your name and incorporates your situation for being here in his teachings. I felt as though I was at a comedy show, but yet Im learning safety driving habits. I would strongly recommend everyone who need to take a improvement class to attend his class. The teacher, Helen, is wonderful! She used props, humor and interactive activities and the experiences of the students for learning. The bible is mentioned which should not be a surprise because of the name of the school, but you won't feel like your being preached to or treated like an inferior. She does not try and act superior or judgemental. She treats her students with respect and kindness. You can't beat the price. I was fortunate to have been in one of Anthony's classes. I was prepared for boredom, but that did not occur. Anthony's driving stories kept my interest and also eased the Instructor,Student tension in a way that it was like old friends sharing stories and exchanging information. I learned several things about D.M.V. highway laws and the Va. point system that in all my years of driving I was unaware of til I took the class provided by Blessed Driving School. The class was way better then I expected. The day before I was so stressed about having to go to driving school but when I got there...the instructor "Helen" made us all feel like we already knew her like family and made it so fun and entertaining while also educational at the same time that there was never a dull moment. I did not want to come to the driving school. It was such a beautiful day outside and the thought of spending eight hours in a class was the last thing I wanted to do. I was driving one day and I was telling a friend that I never get tickets! Low and behold I got pulled by the cops and he wrote me a ticket. Anthony taught me not only to not be a cocky driver but he also taught me some general knowledge that I forgot about. Great instructor and very knowledgable. I'll recommend this to anyone. read more

Took a class this December 2020 taught by Mrs Helen. She gave us a lot of good driving tips , especially on things you might not generally take notice of while driving. It wasn't as boring as I thought it was going to be. Very interactive. Would have given it 5 stars if the chairs were not murder on my backside, it took everything in me not to stand up and walk around after sitting like a robot for 20 minutes in between the breaks. I liked it. We laughed a lot and his stories were funny, interesting, and very imformative...if thats a word lol. But I'd recommend it to anyone who has to do driving school and that $47 fee is a plus. I've heard of people having to pay almost double that so hey it was a good deal.
