Was hired through my home warranty to install a new water heater. Each time he was scheduled to come to my home he was hours late, showing up at 9pm more than once. Took multiple days on installing the new unit because he was not prepared with materials and it was 11 pm and no stores were open. left me without all water for a day and with no hot water after he ensured the job was done and the unit just needed to "warm up" he accepted my payment and left, and refused to answer my calls of telling him the unit was not working.left the area he worked in destroyed. had to hire an actual professional to come and fix his work and clean up his mess. worse experience ever with a contractor.
