Came here this morning as my son had a play date with his bestie at the park which is literally connected to the cafe! This place is great for parents with young kids as the little ones can play in the gated playground whilst the parents enjoy some cakes and coffee. The food is surprisingly really good! You wouldn't expect such hearty and scrumptious meals as the kitchen isn't all too big. We had a Blends Breakfast (big breakfast). Chorizo, bacon, 2eggs on toast, grilled haloumi and a potato salad. $19! The coffee is really good too - the only quip I had was that their small(regular) size is a tad too small.. Rainy, miserable day and sport was cancelled. The usual bacon & egg roll at soccer had to be transferred to the nearby shops....and this place looked interesting..and it was one of the few places at Rouse Hill that was open early. It is a combination coffee and barber shop with sticky wooden tables to sit at. Every now and again you get a waft of cigarette smoke either through the back door or the front door. The entertainment is certainly watching guys try to explain how they would like to emerge form their cut. We opted for a chorizo taco breakfast and egg & bacon roll. Both meals required a knife and fork. Both meals were good. I wasn't sure about the egg & bacon roll when it arrived as it looked a mess. The fellow doing the cooking only had a small plate to cook on. I could not imagine he could cook more that 2-4 meals at once. The coffee was luke warm but tasted OK. Our second cup got chocolate flakes. Plenty of people were coming in for either coffee and cake or a full breakfast. They were also just as busy in the barber shop section. read more

Far too expensive for the area. Being so far away from the city it is unreasonable to charge same prices as cafes in cbd. Coffee was too milky and slightly bitter but served promptly despite many orders. Staff were lovely and greeted each customer at the door. They nearly have it right but still need to work on a things. Huge attraction for families with kids as the playground is right next door - however an unattraction for people looking for a quite breakfast without disruption of children. I haven't tried the food or drinks here, so my 3-star rating is not based on this. However, I have had a haircut from here on several occasions and the quality is declining. The hairdressers take far too much time to cut your hair - not on the sole basis that they want to do a good job, but on the basis that they choose to non-stop talk amongst each other and text message their friends while they're cutting your hair. It was a great place to go first off, but has soon to become an overrated, over-priced hair salon. read more

I love this place. Have come here for breakfast a few times with friends and family. Great coffee and live the breakfast food there. Would have given it 5/5 but they recently changed the chia & rice pudding and it's not as good. read more
