Bryce was so great with my 9 year old and was able to achieve the haircut we were going for. We were a walk in and was so glad they were able to fit us in. We usually take my son to a little kids hair salon so I was a little nervous to bring him to a real barber shop but we were glad to find them. read more

Blend House - Barbers Near Me - Ewa Beach, Hawaii

I brought my son in for his first big boy haircut at The Blend House, and from the moment we walked in, I knew we made the right choice. Every single barber greeted us -- and that really stood out. It shows that no matter who you "blend" with, you're valued as a customer. Based on all the great reviews, I booked with Bryson, and I'm so glad I did. I honestly didn't know what kind of cut to ask for except that my son usually has a straight line and comb over. I just told Bryson to do what he thought would look best. When he started shaving off half of my son's hair, I'll admit I was a little nervous -- but I trusted the process. While I distracted myself watching the Broncos vs. Cowboys game on TV, I looked up and saw his hair was perfectly blended! My son wasn't used to how clean and short the back was at first, but he ended up loving it. My lil man looks so good now! Bryson did an amazing job, and the whole experience felt professional yet welcoming. And as we were leaving, every single staff member said goodbye to us -- that's customer service! We'll definitely be back, especially since it's so close to home. read more

I'm beyond amazed with my son's haircut yesterday ! Christian did such an incredible job; super clean, stylish, and exactly how I imagined it. What I appreciated the most is his patience and how he really took the time to listen to my inspos as mom and explains so good! Not everyone does that, especially with kids, but he made the whole experience smooth and comfortable. You can tell he genuinely cares about his craft and his clients. My son walked out looking so fresh and confident and super happy! Definitely found our go-to barber read more

First time here (Ewa beach location) and it's definitely a "I found my barber shop"! The guys there were super friendly from the moment you step in (everyone greets you & talk stories little bit), from the moment you step out (everyone says bye and thank you and so on)! Love it! You can definitely tell these guys are well experienced and know their stuff! Pretty fast too! Bryson was the one that cut my man's hair and hands down cause it's the best hair cut he's ever gotten! We've went to few places and didn't meet what he wanted even though he showed a picture! This place, you show a picture to go off on and does it better! Definitely going back! read more

Blend House - Getting blended - Barbers Near Me - Ewa Beach, Hawaii

Chris has always been our son's barber of choice. As teens, they're picky about who cuts their hair, but they make sure that every appointment is with Chris. Both of our sons attend school in town, so there have been a few occasions when we've run late due to traffic. Despite that, Chris has always been patient and understanding. We highly recommend him! His attention to detail makes every penny worth it, and we're confident he won't disappoint. read more

My 9 year old son recently cut his own hair, which was long and thick, so I had to even it out and cut it. But ofc you can tell it wasn't professionally done. I decided to make an appointment with blend house in Ewa beach and chose to book with whoever could take my son at 11:30. Bryson ended up cutting my son's hair, gave him a fade with a design and lined my boy up. Both my son and I love it. Bryson was quick, efficient, and super friendly. I'll definitely book with him again. read more

Chris always does an amazing job on my mans hair. Affordable and done in a timely matter. Thank you guys!

I was on Oahu visiting family and came across this great barbershop on Yelp. It absolutely did not disappoint! The shop is bright, clean, and everyone was super welcoming and friendly. I was paired with Bryce, and he's the best! Fun conversation and a skilled barber for haircuts and beard trims. It was a pleasure to come back each time during my extended visit. 5/5 totally recommend this shop! read more

While we loved my sons previous person, (who is amazing for babies and toddlers btw) my teen decided he was growing up and needed to go to a grown men's place for haircuts lol A N Y W A Y... Stumbled upon this place since it is closer to home in Ewa and right next to my tax preparer. Located in the KFC, TEAPRESSO, VOLCANO VAPES shopping center - next door to EWA MARKET. Looks of ample parking. I'm a mom and I like things a certain way. I'm also an observer like no other and I'm keen on details. Idk know too much on barbers and their methods but I do know great work. And here is the place to get it. Workers are humble, attentive to details, courteous, professional and the place is organized and clean. We have been going to Jon (Jonathan - super polite gentleman) since November of last year and he always does an amazing job. I don't even need to remind him what type of haircut coz he just knows unless I advise him of something different. My son loves his work and states he would like to continue going to Blend house and stick with Jon. If you are looking for a place for the men in your life or teenage boys, this is the place. Easy to book an appt. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! You will not be disappointed read more

I've taken my teenage sons here many times and have had mixed experiences. Sometimes we're greeted when we walk in, sometimes not, and we're left standing around awkwardly for 10-15 minutes waiting to speak to someone. Sometimes the haircuts are great and sometimes they are just godawful. I paid about $200 for haircuts I had to fix when we got home this last time. The edges were uneven, the lineup was trash, they were inexperienced with wavy hair apparently, and instead of letting me know, 3 guys teamed up to butcher my sons hair for two hours...just horrible work. That is the last time I will ever take my family here. Do not recommend. read more

Best quality haircuts on Oahu. Not the cheapest, but definitely the greatest work. Professional, efficient, Aloha.

Been shopping around for a new place to cut my hair and decided to try this place out based on the reviews. Making an appointment online was easy, with a good amount of availability. I chose to book with Chris because of the positive reviews about him. As someone who has a hard time explaining how I want my hair, Chris was understanding. Super nice and chill. He made recommendations that would best suit what you are looking for. Also made sure everything was to your liking throughout the process. Everyone in the shop was super friendly and the vibe was pretty good. They greet you upon entering and see you out when you're finished. Definitely recommend this place and will come back again. read more

Booked an online appointment with the owner, Elvinse, for the Ewa Beach location. The online booking system is super simple and straightforward to use. You have up till 24 hours in advance to reschedule or cancel your appointment, otherwise you are on the hook for a 50% cancellation fee (or 100% for a no-show). It was my first time going to Blend House, and I'm glad I did. The ambiance upon entering feels like a high-end salon, but the dynamic isn't pretentious like I would imagine one to potentially be. Elvinse, along with the rest of the staff, are very accommodating, and made me feel like a regular even though it was my first time there. This was also my first time getting my hair professionally styled by someone, and I don't think I could settle for any other experience now that I know what it's like. In addition to my hair, I also had my beard and eyebrows groomed. I felt like a new person walking out the door, and I'll definitely be back! They also have a location in Pearl City, but the Ewa Beach location is a closer drive for me. read more

I've visited Blend House before at the Pearl City Location but once I learned there was a Ewa Beach one I was stoked! With so many Barbershops on island it's hard to really choose the right one for you. Look no further, come to this one ! Interior is clean and fresh. Very bright but also welcoming. Parking is abundant and it's located ground floor right next to Ewa Pantry. Ricky was the one who cut me up today and it the cut looks and feels fresh. Very personable barber and fast as well. What I appreciate in this shop is the fact that the staff makes you feel at home. Didn't feel like I was a new comer and that was very refreshing. If you're looking for a barber shop closer to home on the west side then Blend House is for you. Not entirely sure if they take walk ins but the booking system is quick and easy. I hope to revisit soon! read more

My go to men's groomer, Elvinse, love the new place. Sorry to hear about your misfortunes at the barbershop The Cutlery it certainly looks like your new venture is poppin off as the new place looks fantastic. Easy to make an appointment through your ig page, plenty of parking, eateries close by and the ewa beach place is spacious, great atmosphere very jovial and cutz that get you laid (to quote the da man, Lon). I love the feeling of "I have to go out and show my cut off" after getting a smooth cut from Elvinse. I was in and out in about 20 minutes, there was no wait during the weekday, the barber chair was super comfortable and the laughs and giggles while getting my cut made the time go by even faster. I will definitely be coming back. Great job, Elvinse!!!!!!! read more

Haircut was not cut correctly or even close to it. Even his coworker looked and stared for a while and said with a straight face but was def lying "looking good man". The place is called "Blend House" but there was no blend with my haircut I even threw my hat back on immediately after getting up cause of how embarrassing it was. It is what it is though sometimes you get good barbers who know how to cut and then you have those who have the confidence but just aren't quite there yet. read more

After a string of cutting my own hair during the pandemic to a few bad haircuts after, I finally found a place to get a good haircut. I made an appointment with Chris after seeing his name mentioned in a few reviews. Went in 10 minutes before my appointment, was greater and in a chair in less than a minute. He listened to what I was trying to do with my hair, he made suggestions based on what would look good with my hair and face shape. I left with a good haircut. As simple as getting a haircut should be. This is the first haircut I went home with that I didn't go grab my clippers from under the bathroom sink as soon as I got home to fix. I'll be going back to the Ewa location again. It costs more than the c brand places, but you get a better haircut, so it's worth the extra cost. read more

08/16/22 My regular hair peeps were unavailable so I took to Yelp to find someone since I have a wedding to go to in a few days. Saw Blend House Studio in Pearl City with almost perfect ratings. I saw that they also had a location in Ewa Beach so decided to go there. Plenty of parking. I walked in and Chris greeted me and asked if they took walk ins. They do, but it is recommended that you make an appointment on line just in case they're busy. I told Chris what I wanted and he delivered. He paid attention to detail and didn't disappoint. The shop was clean and the decor very industrial. Good service and friendly read more

Worth the Experience and not pricey either they take there time and make it Desirable for your style of hair. Thanks Chris

I'm sure whomever the higher priced artist clipping is great but I had one of the "staff" selected to cut my hair and he was amazing, Johnathan. It is important to find a barber that can cut the style you want, at the same time you'd want a barber that cares and can relate.. otherwise you'd be sitting on a chair trying to find things to look at or just close your eyes.. the whole 30-50 mins. Johnathan was able to throw in his suggestions when asked for, teach you how to use products. This was my first time and you will be seeing me coming by for a fresh cut and amazing greetings by everyone when walking in. PS, create an appointment so that you can get seated early or promptly. read more
