I'm local and had been supporting Blaze for a long time. Brought them a lot of business & more customers by spreading the word. Service from big boys' associates is excellent. However, if you EVER have a defective product from their shop, boss does nothing to accommodate you. They've assisted me dozens of times and know exactly who I am. I'm writing this poor review because over time I gave them 3 strikes (3 defective products with a receipt and original box within 3 days at the most) and now they've lost my business and others I've brought in to help support local Brevard business. Big guy who owns the shop not only declined any accommodation to my faulty device, he straight up made me look like a fool in front of his associates and other customers in the shop by saying "returning a used product you don't like is like returning a brand new car you just bought & decide you don't like it, they wont return it". I said to him I didn't like it cuz it wasn't working and leaking all over with the proper liquid. And I didn't ask for a return, I asked for a credit towards purchasing a better more expensive item. In reality, if you're a loyal customer and bring a defective car or item back with a receipt & original everything, I would think they'd try to make things right & definitely not embarass me. Horrible customer service. No customer acknowledgment, NOTHING! We're asking questions and the two guys who look stoned out of their fucking minds don't reply. We drove an hour and a half just to come to this shop and do not deserve the treatment we got. I have no words! ONE STAR IS TOO MUCH P.S. thank you for FINALLY responding. Not a good business . Have bought a few things from them. Went in to purchase a specific vape pen. Told the sales person exactly what I needed. Got home , pen did t work with my cartridge, only the one provided in the box. So he sold me something knowing it was wrong. Brought it back the next day and they would t give my back. Only an exchange. I will not go back here. Also bought a wind proof lighter there that did t work. Poor customer service and some poor quality products. read more

The owner then made a false statement about this complaint on another forum. This place has an awful owner and a horrible reputation. Worst place ever! The cast selection is overshadowed by the poorest customer service I've ever experienced. They were rude when I asked a question about some different options and when they couldn't get me to buy their stuff, they threatened to make me leave. When I left the shop they even said to go leave a bad review for their competor. I didn't leave that review, I went to Empire and got everything I needed! The only vape shop I will ever go to again! I was having trouble with my e cig purchased at a different business. I didn't go back to that shop as I was given a bit of a hard time when my cig button broke after only 1 month of use (they did replace it after some back and forth). This replacement would no longer charge so I decided to go to Blaze after reading the good reviews here on Yelp. As soon as I entered Blaze I was greeted with a smile by Corey who was super nice and extremely helpful. I ended up just needing a new charger. Corey could have just told me I needed a new device but was honest and let me know it was just the charger that was defective. I highly recommend going to Blaze for all your vaping needs! read more

As honestly a non efficentnada of "smoke shops", I found relief in the non addiction venue of Kratum for my chronic back/neck pain, and exclusive to the genre of smoke establishments, so my review comes from an area of the non smokable.. The inside is a wonderland for the Paytrons I have personally encountered.. Great energizing music pulsing in a positive way, non irritating manner, the general refectory enthusiasm between staff and consumer/friends of staff is a creation of orenda I have found in no other here in Brevard.. The staff is attentive but non obtrusive, engaging and professional. I was "almost" feeling offended as the polite preface of "Ma'am" is absolutely a show of proper upbringing and rarely found here in Florida, but I found myself wishing the separation of age was as close as the values of respect, but intended as a complete compliment. Just a seldom found gathering of eunia, and knowledge on any product inquired.. The side outside venue is most times providing casual exchanges and laughter between all allowing the meliorism to present provident almost an envious state of the observation.. Hours are the best in Brevard.. most closing so early one might think someone of my age instilling the hours, But Blaze welcomes all w a broad range of hours, and I have gotten to exactly as the gentleman we're headed out, but welcomed in regardless of my extension on their personal time. Amazing selection, I mean HUGE...like take at least an hour to examine everything because there's every possibility there is something hidden in there that is meant just for you! So many unique items I didn't know what to buy, and it was probably a tiny bit more expensive than it would be most places, but I was treated great by all the people that were working and they seemed happy and enjoyed their jobs so I don't mind that for just a simple little thing. I did buy something that turned out to not be totally practical and usable, but that was a large oversight on my own part, I didn't want to pester them by asking if I could exchange or return for store credit, but they were all so nice that I'm sure I could have if I really wanted to. At one point, I heard the squawk of a bird and stopped dead...eventually the manager (owner? I'm not 100%) came out with a macaw and let me meet him after I bugged the employees about it. It's true they have a lot of good merchandise, but please don't trust their word on quality/pricing of pieces. I purchased a $200 water pipe from this store. It so happened that the store left the original item number sticker on the bottom of the piece. So, I looked it up which led me to a website of the creators of this glass piece. However, the pipe I just paid $200 for is being sold by it's creators for only $60. I figure maybe the store just didn't know this so I go to the store and speak to the manager. He proceeds to tell me that it is not the same piece, even though completely, undeniably matching up with an item sticker to an SKU online. He even has me sit there, in front of him and order that pipe on that website for $65 shipped, then still continues to say oh well. He refused any compensation or any return. Very rude owner who seems to enjoy belittling people. Has a system where if you buy 7 bags of kratom then you get the 8th for free. Was in three weeks ago and he personally stamped my card indicating that l was close to having a free bag, but then my car was stolen. Even after l offered to show him the police report (keeping in mind l spend like $200 a week with this guy) he refused to make right on his card that was taken when my car was stolen. He basically accused one of his best customers of lying and wouldn't even take the time to ask his guys if they remember having sold me 6 kis of his product before he dismissed making right on his promise. That's alright, because he wants to be petty and rude he is losing a customer who spends hundreds there weekly, and he lost $250 in sales tonight as well as the complete respect of a whole community of people. Me and my friends (l have a lot as l am a man of my word and local Uber driver, who will no longer pass his cards around) have all blackballed this rip off artist.
