I had the pleasure of taking a relative to the shop recently. The relative was apprehensive about quitting smoking but realizing it was a health emergency. The manager went out of his way to make my relative feel relaxed. He took a lot of time to explain the products he had. There was no pressure. My relative decided to purchase some of his products on hand. He explained them totally. He even called the next day to check and make sure everything was ok and answer any questions. What a modern business. He asked her to call him if she had any question, even if minor. It makes you feel relaxing. I have never smoked but it almost made me feel like buying something. Seriously the service was outstanding. My relative has quit smoking, is using the product and could not be any happier. I am happy I took her to this store. If you visit you find the service is outstanding and the store is very modern and clean. I also checked the prices which were very reasonable. The manager/owner really goes the extra mile to provide quality service. It is so refreshing to receive service like that. I know I will recommend it to anyone I come in contact with. read more

I had a really great experience at this store. I am new to vape and I came in. I realized this store was now open off of a main highway in Cocoa FL. When I walked in at first I was anxious because I knew this was a new experience. The staff and owner was very nice and helped me find the perfect starter kit. I also found the perfect flavor of juice that I liked! When I found this place I also noticed how new nice and clean it was. You can tell it just opened by the nearness however you would think it's been there for ever because of all the products in there!! You literally have every line of juice and ever brand of hardware. Been shopping here for awhile now and they have always had exactly what I need. Salty Man's Blues Lemonade and every other flavor of the line and some pods for my MiPod, every single time. Good prices on everything and a friendly staff. They're also open all day everyday, 8am to 10pm I think, which is really nice.
