I would like to share my experience with a business that we were welcomed with open arms and pushed…read moreaway like an outsider. We had our kids attend Toddler University Preschool, LLC for about 5 years. The director/owner is friendly and kind offering a preschool with love and passion like no other! Everything you would want to hear, even offering extra curricular activities like yoga, karate, animal experiences, zumbini, and a big firehouse graduation! My kids had the time of their lives. Creating friendships that last a lifetime. Friendships. Not just between the kids also between the parents. We have met a multitude of people in this business. Where you can message another parent and feel like you have known them your whole life. But something changed. Communication and my kid had meltdowns at drop off, but everything was "fine" when I ask how my child was during the day. But clearly my child did not think so. Being almost the oldest family attending and loyalty means nothing to a small business like this. Receiving a 30 day notice with no explanation (contract says no explanation can be given) other than "personal reasons" came to a shock. I was told to keep personal life and business separate and not let them mix. Payments we made rearly, participated school events, accepting of any changes to policies. There were no issues there. Once I received the 30 day notification (by text), at drop off/pick up I wasn't greeted by the owner anymore. I was greeted by the assistant teachers. I had questions and needed clarification, but I was told not to bring this topic up to her or the assistants (needed to relay messages and was not physically present) and not to reach out to other families because it wasn't "my place." As a mother it is my right to know what is happening with my child in someone else's care and why is it only happening to my child. When you think you know somebody better than your family, it's like getting stabbed in the back with a dagger. It hurts, but time will pass and will heal. After experiencing this. I would highly not recommend Toddler University Preschool, LLC. I don't want anyone experiencing rejection from a caregiver to your child with no explanation of any sorts, regardless of loyalty.

My children were there for only 2 days before my 18 month old fell and busted his lips on a chair…read more We received a voicemail that "it's not something to be too upset about" but calls to the director AJ and his Mother , the owner of the facility who he constantly references as if she's an independent entity, went unanswered. We received a reply stating that he refused the call and subsequent calls from phone numbers from the 443/410 area because he did not want to be yelled at by a frustrated parent.... When we picked him the kids , the 18mo old had bloody lips and no one could accurately describe what happened. The organization prides itself on how secure the facility is with the use of 24Hr. CCTV surveillance cameras in use. Great. Let's see the footage from when my child was injuried. AJ, the owner's son and Director of the facility, had NOOOOOO idea how to use the system. Luckily I'm an engineer and knew how to operate the management console and to no avail....the system had not been recording ANY footage for months because it had been out of storage capacity to do so on its HDD. AJ acted surprised and stated he didn't know about this. I explained to him that anyone would be able to enter the facility, which uses the same access code for everyone and doesn't individually identity people who enter, shoot the employs and take the children without having an ounce of evidence recorded on the surveillance system to see what happened. I said it's like having the camera on your iPhone open but never ever being able to take a picture because you'd get the storage full notification. The kids there are not safe at all. All anyone needs is a few numbers from his mobile contact number listed on his business card, press open and they're in. They can do whatever and get away with it. They'll never be caught on tape. Bad business, bad Mommy and Son support infrastructure, horrible lines of communication. AJ is very condescending to women, as mentioned in the previous post from a woman only a week ago. If the safety and security of your little ones is important to you in the smallest way I'd want to stay clear of this place. - Steve

The ladies that cared for my older daughter were all great despite the frequent turn over. The ladies that cared for my infant son were constantly telling me i needed to do something differently, dress him differently... so on and so forth - mind you, this wasn't my first time at the rodeo! The daycare manager was just nasty, through and through.

The building brought back so many memories when my kids were much younger. I always enjoyed the facilities indoor/outdoor pools, basketball courts, track, fitness center and workout classes. This place is safe secure with security guards onsite and cameras. I love the added self service food /snack area. This facility is definitely top tier. My only con is while the front staff can be very helpful they are not always up to date with all of the activities and or contact personnel. I wanted to book swimming classes for my younger daughter however, I felt the website to not be user friendly so when I approached the front desk after I explained to them that I was having some challenges with the website they sent me back to checking the website. Great place for the entire family. Will definitely return
