I was told that they were busy and they would call back later that day. I never received a call back. They did this to me two more times. Then yesterday I called to find out that they havent even started the work. At this point its been a month and a half. I tell them to forget about it and went to pick my stuff up. If you have a couple of pieces you need coated, these guys might be for you. Anymore then that and it seems to be too much for them to handle. But I wouldnt use them for anything. It took a bit of time as they were not satisfied the first time they coated it and did it over on their own. I am beyond happy with the results. I purchased 6 cast iron urns 16 years ago. We moved to Virginia, Seattle Washington and back to the…read moreNashville area in that time. These urns were in need of attention- because you could not tell what the original color of the urns were due to the rust. Through my google search I contacted Nashville Powder Coating and spoke with Andy. We set up a date when they would pick up the urns, discussed color choices and when the work would be completed, along with the cost. Andy was extremely helpful and professional. Yesterday Ray and Fallon delivered our urns to us and we couldn't be any happier with how they turned out. The color Andy recommended was PERFECT. My experience was very positive from start to finish. The quality of work, the kind and professional interaction I had with everyone at Nashville Powder Coating, is worth my time to write this review.

The leather had ragged edges, shiny metal staples lined the edges and was visible on on sides on all chairs.
