A true God send. Knowing nothing about my rights, nor what to do with the situation I was handed…read more(PFA), Todd Spivak was suggested to me by a friend. I was against the wall and petrified due to the traumatic circumstances of being blindsided by a full on attack by my former partner. Todd was firm yet patient. He has a command presence that carries your attention and demands respect yet he speaks with the compassion of a fellow father himself. This was apparent as Todd was retained to offer council thru the duration of my shared custody arrangement that he drafted and fought to attain. He has talked me down from issues not worth my grief and encouraged me to pursue those I though not important. Being easily available during the most challenging times of my life was something words cant do justice. I cant say enough about how his expertise has helped me over the years. Effective, Experienced, Trustworthy, Reliable, Honest, Affordable, Dependable. The list goes on... Thank you Todd Spivak. youve helped me immeasurably.

I can't say enough good things about Attorney (Todd) Spivak. I hired him last November to assist in…read morea PFA, and he was amazing professional and extremely patient with me. It finally ended yesterday! I know I've been difficult to deal with because of the stress I've been under, but he was very calming and showed no annoyance where I know I wouldn't have shown nearly as much patience as he did. He explained the process and potential outcomes, and made sure I understood the options. I was lucky to have found him. I also found their rates to be better than most of their competitors. I would recommend him in an instant for anyone who needs legal assistance in family law.

Also, his fee was reasonable. Recently, i received my green card. Throughout this time, Jason has always been available to answer my questions and give advice. He has always returned my calls the same day. Sometimes i have contacted him after regular office hours for urgent matters and still he responded the same day. From collecting all the documents needed, reviewing all our documents to ensure everything was perfect, to preparing us for the interview and giving us latest time frames on everything, he has done an outstanding job. Puskar Firm represented me in a long custody battle for my almost 4 yr old granddaughter after her…read moremom died suddenly. Although the odds would seem stacked against me, being a grand parent and not a "parent," my fight was for my granddaughters physical safety and mental well-being. The Puskar firm did not let me down, and stood by me even when another lawyer might have walked considering the continual abhorrent behavior(an understatement) of the other party. Attorney Puskar is a wonderful attorney and met every proceeding, hearing, emergency motion, armed with knowledge of the law and a determination to advocate for my granddaughter. He is also incredibly kind and supportive and answered all of my many many multitudes of questions/emails along the way through the numerous twists and turns of the court proceedings. This applies to all the office staff. They were always kind, caring and patient. I was recently, FINALLY, able to legally adopt my now 7 yr old little girl, assisted by Attorney Weaver. I am eternally grateful for their help and support during the entire process. I cannot express that enough.

However, he said I had further options for the case. He charged me more money to represent me. This time he was unprepared to argue my case missing key elements I gave him. He completely ignored my ex's counter suit. In fact, I asked him why he didn't say anything and his exact words were "don't worry about that." Needless to say I lost and the counter suit was awarded. Now this is where it gets good. After the loss, he refused to answer emails, he refused to return phone calls, he had his secretary say he would call me right back. He absolutely refused to discuss the outcome because he knew he f'ed up. I put my trust and A LOT of money in him and he was a waste. Being afraid to discuss his loss was amazing. Do not use him! I can share more information if you want to DM me.
