There is only one phone number and that is the sales line. the person who answers that has told me that a lot of people are calling complaining, trying to get answers or their money back. I have wasted almost $4,000 with absolutely nothing to show for it. The books they completed from last year cost me additional money for my accountant to fix as they had inputted things wrong. I have a quickbooks file that I have no idea how to use, that, according to my accountant, who I know is reputable, is incorrect anyway. One of the biggest selling points for me was that this company would set up quickbooks and show me how to use it. Well that was 8 months ago and I had to call and message for WEEKS before someone even got back to me regarding it, then I get the run around for weeks again and the cycle continues indefinitely. I don't have a better solution to offer, but this place is DEFINITELY not the answer.
