My daughter was set to have her tubes tied next month and was having trouble with the pre surgical link to get this set up. She made repeated calls to the woman center with no answer or return call back. Additionally she found during this time that her birth control prescription was canceled but without any one answering her calls or returning her voicemail messages she had No idea why it was. She assumed that it was perhaps because of her upcoming surgery. Finally she decided to call the surgical center directly to see if they could help her with the link to the electronic paperwork. It was then that she learned that her surgery had been canceled and that the doctor could not perform the procedure there. I can only assume that the catholic ownership is part of this reason but that is no excuse to not communicate with patients.

Dr. Thomas treats the person as a whole not just GYN concerns. She was the first doctor that ordered general lab work in the last 3 years of my life, even my heart doctor had not ordered anything. Dr. Thomas caught high cholestrol. It is great that Dr Thomas treats the person as a whole not just the female stuff. When speaking with Dr. Thomas it is like speaking with your girlfriends, she puts you at ease. She is the "BEST" and her quality of care is the "BEST" too!

So I walked in and they had the most amazing pumpkin contest I have seen in a long time. I got seated and within minutes I get brought to a room to get my flu shot. I was nervous because the flu shots usually hurt, but this time was different I almost couldn't feel the needle in me. Or however flu shots work. Then after I was thirsty for water, so I asked where I can find some water. They said I'll be right back. Seconds later I get brought out bottle water. Best water I've had. So in all the staff cared about their patients, efficient, and organized. Highly recommend.
